They are rust buckets if you live in the salt belt, drivetrain wise they are carry-overs from 2005-2007. 2012+ Foci are great if you get a manual one. It’s strange I’ve never had an interest in the focus however I’ve always been interested in the Taurus especially the rebadged Five Hundred ones which were especially ugly in my opinion yet I’m intrigued by them. I think Ford made a huge mistake discontinuing the Focus, even if not extremely profitable to get people in the door to start in the Ford Family. I love the 1st gen, pre facelift cars. 2000-2004, my family had a few and my "first" car was a 2000 ZX3, it never saw the road and I ended up selling it to pay for driving school and a new laptop. The newer ones are meh.

I had a 2011 Ranger with the 4.0/slushbox. Traded it for an F150, full size trucks are the way to go. Compact trucks are just toys

Those later Canarm spinners tend to run very hot with the vents covered like that. Silly design.

I bought a couple of their 42" white hugger fans to use as air movers in my mom's basement when I moved out a couple years ago, They're average performers. Does the trick and nothing more.

Ive owned V8, V6 and 4 cylinder vehicles. It all depends on what the engine needs to do. My current fleet is a 2014 Yaris with the 1NZ-FE and 5 speed and a 2007 F150 with the 4.2L Essex and 5 speed.

They are redoing the Yaris next year. All we have in the U.S. is the Yaris Sedan (nee Scion iA/Toyota Yaris iA). They're both based on the Mazda 2, so they're good cars. I like the original (2007-2012) Yaris, and the 2012-2019 Yaris as well. The older 2000-2005 Toyota Echos were cool as well. You Americans didn't get the Echo hatchback, Its way nicer looking and stable than the Echo sedan/coupe

Welp, I sold the Tercel, I very much miss it but I am going to school and need something dependable and cheap to run. I will more than likely buy another one once Im out of school and have space for a project, I wanna turbo one with a wicked suspension setup and have a kicka$$ autox car. Anyways I picked this up to replace it. A 2014 Toyota Yaris LE with a 5 speed(automatics are for idiots) with 50k miles. Has the bulletproof 1NZ-FE, I am very fond of it so far and am more than confident it'll be a great car for many years.
