Are Progress Lighting's ceiling fans any good? They have some nice looking models. I like the Air Pro and the Drift models a lot as far as looks. Not sure how well they perform.
I know Progress Lighting has been in the ceiling fan business for a long time (I think 1980s), but I never saw that many around online.

I’ve never heard negative things but then I’ve never worked with them. They have a small 4 blades fan I really think it pleasant looking but is very pricey for what it is.

Yes the small 4 blader is the Drift, quite expensive at around $150. In fact, most of Progress Lighting's fans seem rather expensive to me compared to other brands...

Back in June 2013, my family stayed at a hotel in Myrtle Beach with two Air Pros in each on the suites. They seemed like really any cheaply made fan these days. Many rooms had at least one with a bent blade, and I would say many of them had their light kits sorta hanging loose, causing a buzzing noise at certain speeds.

I bought a couple of their 42" white hugger fans to use as air movers in my mom's basement when I moved out a couple years ago, They're average performers. Does the trick and nothing more.

They seem as good as average Hampton Bay. I initially thought Progress Lighting Harranvale were like cheap fans, since ALL THREE malfunctioned when I changed speeds. Turned out they were on a dimmer, and they work fine without a dimmer. But I still prefer Apollo against their newer fans.
