What ceiling fans have you seen that spin slow on high? I've seen many ceiling fans that spin slow on high.
The 2nd fan literally spins about 70 RPMs on high, that's more like low.

Most residential Nutones from pre-1990, they're notorious for being slower. That's what I can think of most readily.

Just to add, if we're talking fans with bad capacitors, that's a whole different story. Really a different conversation from fans that spin slow from the factory.

Yeah, Hunter Summer Breeze has a bad capacitor as it's supposed to spin much faster on high. Fanimation Islander spins slow from the factory because of the big blades.

I just want to add Fanimation Islander since I also want to add the ceiling fan that is slow from the factory:

I know for certain that most 52" spinner Nutones tend to run rather slow.

28 pole Banana fans. Nutone Slimlines. Gear/belt driven fans.
Almost anything else if it's slow, it's broken.

The 52" Carroway spinners are also painfully slow.

Most 52" Slimlines spin slow but this one doesn't spin slow at all. This video isn't mine by the way.

Crest Banner (Halsey labeled ones, not Supreme) Newer Laskos Heritage, but that goes without saying Some Toastmaster spinners on reverse
Anything with palm leaf blades and the like is going to spin much slower as well.

Crest is very hit and miss. I've found some HEAVY AWESOME Crests. A few of them were labeled Hampton Bay.

Really a different conversation from fans that spin slow from the factory. i am having a lot of bad capacitors lately Relite fans (blue/white motor cases), new majestic fans, crompton parkinson and very early crompton greaves are slow fans
