Here are the sightings of December: some of them have been shown on the forum but I took better pictures of the places that have been already shown.
In
Le Roi du Smoked Meat, at Plaza Saint-Hubert, has five mid to late 1980s nadair heritage in polished brass, some of them are very tarnished. They all have something hanging from them except one.
no.1 this one has a broken chunk of shade and the brass is still shining.
No.2 this one has the brass tarnished or if it’s an antique brass model.
No.3 this one seems to have different brackets.
No. 4 this one doesn’t have something hanging hence the light kit hanging by wires, one blade is twisted a little bit.
The fifth one is behind the TV as you can see.
next batch was taken at La petite Italie again.
A dépanneur has three kendal 107 cm that I forgot the model from the 2010s
I went back to the sewing machine store with three amazing cast SMC’s. This Time I went inside. They are probably dated from late 60s to early 70s but it’s definitely pre-1972. I am glad they are still in their natural installation.
no 1 this one has a yellowed canopy.
No.2 this one has a yellowed canopy too and has twisted blades, it seems that this one has the logo on opposite sides of the lower canopy.
no.3 the 90 cm one. This one is on a shorter downrod.
We asked the guy if he is going to take them down and he said “no because they still work and they are very performant.”
I asked if it’s possible to turn them on since I saw the controls. He said no too.
one of the controls is a nadair solid state.
I saw the good old original control of the SMCs, I don’t know which controls which.
I also saw this cool vintage high velocity fan.
a Bakery with 2 little golden fans from the mid 1980s. I took the first picture through the window but as I took the photo, the owner of the bakery said if you can take better pictures from the inside, I said sure.
no. 1 very close to the window
No 2.
A IGA grocery store that recently opened in 2021 has four banvil bronze lines 140 cm on high.
In
l’heureux Bouddha, a store that I always passed in front a lot as a kid of it but never went inside and finally went in. I thought they had one or two canarms CP56 140 cm but they have five of them. Pictures from the back to the front of the store.

no 2
no 3

No 5
A very recent pizza store has a rare 1980s evergo 120 cm with three straight blades, the place used to be a hairdresser, I am glad the kept this fan but the problem is, it runs very slow at like 25-30 rpms
in reverse.
here is the same fan at the hairdresser before it moved to another location.
in downtown,
In a cathedral, has eight new fan 140 cm industrials painted in various colors.
here is the main part where the ceiling is very high.
Between the back and the front they have two more in an area with a lower ceiling
in the back has two more, one in white and one in matte brown.
still in downtown, a gift shop with two 1995-2011 canarm CP56 140 cm.
last batch was taken in Rouyn-Noranda.
A jewelery store has a Banvil Silverline 140 cm
A cordonnerie has a canarm Zephyr/zenith and a canarm catalyst VI, 107 cm.
and we finish the year with this very cool 1980-1982 4 saisons industriel 120 cm in a savonnerie. white finish which is unusual, in very good condition.
enjoy the last sightings of 2021!
happy new year!
