Still incorrect. Not only does the "1998" version you posted have a different light kit than the actual 1998 version, the "2000" version has a black motor, not white... I am amazingly confused.. The oddly shaped SMC one was before the ones we have now? Yes, they did. What I am confused about is why there is such a prominent focus on the cheapest of newer fans as opposed to far better vintage ones! So throughout the years, Littletons are built with either reasonable quality, or horrible bearings? It depends on what you call quality. I have worked with the current Canadian Littleton (Air Cool-made). Although most certainly a cheaper fan, it could be far worse. I have not yet experienced the original SMC-version at this time, however the newest variant is complete garbage.

Well I don't really know everything about Littletons I was just asking a simple question, and you saw the videos. They were labeled wrong if what you're saying is correct. The pictures were different, but I was just simply asking about that design, didn't think it mattered too much if the light kit was slightly different. Anyway... I agree the newer ones are cheap, was there any good quality Littleton ever made?

The Littleton was never intended to be a high quality fan, however the 1998 version was actually decent from what I have heard. Regardless, there are far better vintage fans out there.

My Aunt had a 1999 Littleton in her Garage.
Replaced an Encon Casanova that there was nothing wrong with...
The littleton was a gift so anyway its put in. It ran from 1999-2014 literally 24/7. It was turned off maybe three times for a few days in that time. It did not have any problems.. It was silent and the blades on it were even plywood.. Says something for the fan of that time! It got replaced with a Hampton Bay Gailelo or however its spelled. That fan looks awful has terrible performance and as I told my aunt and uncle the blades will warp... Which they did immediately and it hangs half hearted over their Corvette.
Now who knows how long they will last.

Encon Casanovas are a bit like what you're describing, though the housing is of a different fashion..
What's the difference between the two? I don't know that much about Littletons and the different versions.. Ah yes I've seen those before. I tend to like the 4 blade versions better than the 5 blade versions. As for the Littletons heres some pictures 2000 View Attachment1998 View AttachmentWoah Woah Woah. That does NOT look like a 98 one, they never had integrated light kits!

I don't pay attention to Littletons because there are better quality fans out there that deserve my attention instead.

Nah don't be sorry, I was just letting you know I realized a little while ago that it wasn't a 98 Littleton. I'm sorry if I came across the wrong way in that message, that wasn't my intention.
