Anyways I posted the Honeywell fans above. Do you see the Chapter ceiling fan? It's actually Antique Brass Yes I saw the pictures, then I forgot to compose a comment on them.. I have too much on my mind...
But regardless thanks for posting them,, while they may be in brass, their styling is still disappointing.. Too modern for my preference, I was hoping they would be a little more traditional.. I will give it they aren't as cheap looking as many of the fans on the market today..Would be interesting to know the specs of the motors..
It's fine. I hear you there. We all get like that sometimes. No problem at all. Yes I see what you're saying. But I still think they're cool because they have a unique look to them. To be honest I quite like these fans. Or at least the look of them, can't say much about the quality. Yet anyways. I checked the reviews of this fan on the Walmart website and the majority read 5 stars and good performance. So I'm interested to see how well these fans perform for myself. There was also a picture that I forgot to post. So here it is. Attachment DeletedThe ceiling fan on the right has a decently traditional look to it. Unfortunately I didn't see any in brass finish which would have been even better.

Of all the ones pictured that would be my favorite,, Would much prefer to see it in brass though.. I think a lot of those get good reviews only because they're so cheap.. For $20 you really can't have very high expectations whatsoever.. For people on a tight budget if they get something for $20 which provides some relief for a few years, I'm sure they'll be more than satisfied..

I do still like white though, I think they should sell a white and brass finished (polished and antique) like they did with their Hampton Bay Littleton rip offs by Aloha Breeze. The fan I'm talking about with good reviews is in the first picture by the brand name of Chapter. This fan was $52 and comes with the light bulbs which I was surprised about. Another cool part is it was antique brass finish. Unfortunately no polished brass was offered but it's fine by me, antique is the finish I like better anyway.

Wal-Mart has not sold a single genuinely decent quality ceiling fan for years, regardless of the price. Enough said.

I too do like the white versions but they're quite bland.. Even having brass irons would make it look a lot nicer..

It sure does. I would like it better if it had a GE vent as well. What did you think of the Littleton rip offs Walmart used to sell?

Do you have a picture of that which you are referring to?I really love GE vents. A restaurant I used to go to for breakfast quite frequently had these really nice looking old style 4 blade Codep ceiling fans with the GE vent style. I believe they were 36" they're no longer there due to mother nature. A hurricane came by and destroyed them. Very unfortunate, I wish I would've known this would happen so I could come in and grab them the day before the hurricane hit. They were really neat fans to me. Once the room was rebuilt, 4 Emerson 36" 5 blade ceiling fans took their place (Don't know the model name). It's not a horrible replacement given they were going for the same look as before the hurricane. Only problem is they just don't make fans like those Codeps anymore. So these Emerson fans were probably the best alternative. As for the Aloha Breeze fans I have 2 pictures right here. Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedI'm not sure if they had a polished brass version of these. But I do remember they also came in 36". The ones in the pictures are 42"

We had an Aloha Breeze fan in our old house. (Unfortunately I still have it.) It's TERRIBLE!
Also, that white builderfan with the integrated schoolhouse light screams "I'm the cheapest builderfan ever made!"
As for The topic of Honeywell, Lowes sells Honewell ceiling fan remote/wall control combo kits. The fans in the master bedroom and my brother's room at my house have those kits on them.

The 36" ones are interesting, but the 42" ones I'm not particularly fond of.. They're not horrible, but generally unappealing.. I'd like them better if the housing had some vents and they had more than 1 light.. those single fixtures are so dim..
To my knowledge, they did not make a polished brass one..
We had one of the white ones in our previous house.. and it sure was awful..

The 42" ones that I think are interesting are the brass ones because they look like a brass Littleton. Other than that they're nothing special. I only got the white one because it had a low price. This is also an Aloha Breeze fan correct? Because I swear I saw someone call it a K-mart fan before. Attachment Deleted

Lowes' store brand is Harbor Breeze,, but they have sold other makes for a while now The Aloha Breeze in the picture is fairly old. I'd say early 2000's. At my local Walmart they had 2 of these above each register. Boy wasn't it heaven. Unfortunately when it was turned into a super Walmart way back when, the fans were removed. However there was once one at the photo place, but that was removed when the photo place relocated. They also had 4 white ceiling fans (have no idea what brand) in the McDonalds part of the store. They were also removed when the Walmart was turned into a super Walmart. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of any these, although I really wish I did. It's a shame people seem to hate ceiling fans when re-modeling. They more times than not get removed.
