I've seen better, but I've also seen much worse.. my style preference is just on more traditional fans than contemporary/modern.

I DO NOT like the Penbrooke at all. Just curious, what is your favorite style of fan? What is ur opinion on those contemporary/retro casablancas from the 90s, case in point the Cali zephyr, San marino, Mercury & Meridien, Montclair, artisan, etc? No hard feelings, just wondering what u don't like and what u do.

Good taste in style, no joke. And don't you dare criticize me on grammar because you do the exact same thing

Of course a REAL one is the best, there are some good copies.

I am generally about traditional fans, but I have a sweet spot for those semi-contemporary stack motor casablanca a from the 90s which is why I like the aforementioned ceiling fan. And yes there are some pretty boss modern fan copies, like that Canadian one that Jean had in one of his threads, or the Sierra 6 bladder that Cole has. What is your opinion on the artisan, palisades, etc (any of those models with those swept back blades), or something like a constellation or metropolitan?

Beneficial, good fan #4: Casablanca Panama XLP 2014. Yes, it does look turdlike, and nowhere even in the remote vicinity of how retina-pleasing the Panama of 2013-prior was. But even though Casablanca is now only on par with the likes of montecarlo, minka, craftmade, and a little worse than gulf coast, at least the panaturd they are selling now did not go full spinner on us. And I saw one at that showroom, and it doesn't look as good as the older Panama but it doesn't look all that bad in real life. But it still is not something I would be elated to wake up to every morning. And the new 4 speed remote/wall control (depending on model) is a good control. Now is it as responsive/intuitive as a new Emerson SR600/650/SW605 or does it take me back to casa's intellitouch as much? No. But it is still an impressive control methodology in synopsis. Pics in a sec since THIS STUPID TABLET WON'T LET ME POST A STANDARD REPLY :[

Quick question, does anyone know if the newer Casablanca remote stuff makes the beeping noise like Intelli-Touch?

Quick question, does anyone know if the newer Casablanca remote stuff makes the beeping noise like Intelli-Touch? No, you just press the button you want and the fan does what you want. In fact, the intelitouch 3 W-85 does not beep within the course of operation like the comfort touch and W-32 and W-11 intelitouch do.
