The Bellsouth DSL fan is a 30" Petite., notice when the guy hits it, the fan doesn't move, there's no canopy and the fan's downrod it's welded to the crossing rod.

Hunter Originals are all over the movies. Bad Boys II (freaking ratones!) and Rainmaker for example.
They must be very photogenic, very good actors.

A couple of years ago there was a commercial set in a shoe store that had Casablanca Malibu Stars in the background Though not in a movie exactly, the Hunter Originals at Antoine's in New Orleans are also pretty famous.

Antoine's is a famous restaurant in New Orleans known around the world. They have been constantly running their Hunter Origianls since the 1930s. Go to www.antoines.com/gallery.html and click on mystery and main dining.

From what I remember they were all older, though I cannot say the exact vintage since I am not an expert on Originals. Unfortunately, since I don't live in New Orleans, I cannot go there and check. Perhaps you could email them and ask?

In the 1992 movie "Low Down Dirty Shame", in the downtown shooting and explosions scene there's a Universal with a schoolhouse hanging on the store window, although the fan is in motion during the scene, you can pause still the movie and see the 6-blades before the store is blown up.
I haven't seen the entire movie in years, i just remember that part in particular.

There was a Mister Rogers episode circa 1992, I think, that took place at a gymnasium. I think the fans there were Moss WF series...They were so high up on the ceiling but I could almost tell that they were Moss WF's just by looking at them.
This was the episode where Fred watches gymnast Chainey Umphrey do his stunts. That gym was filled with some of the fans featured on Adam's site...mainly the Mosses.

I loved Mr. Rogers when I was little, it was my favorite show. I seem to remember some ceiling fans from time to time on Sesame Street. Anyone else seen them? Where were they? What were they? I'd love to know.

It was my favorite show too. Needless to say I still watch it to this day...it reminds me of when times were good . Fred should've had a video to show on Picture-Picture called "How People Make Ceiling Fans"...if that ever existed. It's funny how he never had any fans in his TV house to show his viewers.
