Was this at a small Rona the small display? I have posted something similar in my sighting thread in September 2012.

Remember when I posted about this canadian tire ? well they made some changes ! They moved the lighting display to the back, (well, they were doing it) *The one with green masking tape was discontinued and will be removed as you can see, the boxes were still at the same place, but will be moved soon *you can see the wires still hanging from the ceiling My local canadian tire, AND, A THIRD ONE !! this one was in Montreal, they had a display only for ceiling fans, chandeliers & pendants were on each side *They had some fans that were discontinued some years ago.. Hunter Inglewood And a Rona store in Ontario, It was new from spring small store, but it has 9 Canarm high performance, all running on reverse, medium And I saw on tv, 2 homesteads fans, Homestead homestar Homestead metro

37th, 2006 CANARM Catalyst VI *what's funny about this one, is that it's the second time I got this fan at the store. my sticker from 2012 was still on the fan ! IN JULY 2012: IN AUGUST 2015 38th, 1995 CANARM CATALYST III *pull chains are not original to the fan, but were added by the previous owner 39th and 40th MORE CATALYST !!! , but this time they are the Catalyst II version 39th was from 1997, yellowed, 40th was from 1999 41st and 42nd were Canarms from 1988 non-original light kits 41nd, 42nd, slightly different light shades -------- I went back to the reno depot next to my school. They added 2 new hunter to their display nothing much has changed since my last visit in may 2015 In may, In august 2015, The westinghouse wengue fan, a bit odd, but I find it cute Also went to a very small canadian tire in Montreal. The main part looks like it's the same since the construction They added an extension in 2010. In the original part, 6 canarms from the 1990's In the new part were 7 fans 3 Banvil/envirofan gold line and 4 of this little fans they might be Banvil FP36. fans display,

Hahaha that's a screenshot of property brothers. That show is awesome! Great sightings, David! ..except when they senselessly demolish stuff. I sure hope that the Homesteads were saved...

Correct, but it is not like they are ceiling fan experts to any end so their demolition is to be expected. I was simply saying the innovation of the projects they do on the show is utterly amazing, that's all

I love this show too !
Actually they were replaced with chandelier/ light fixture except for the homestar, it was replaced with some kind of modern harbor breeze/hampton bay fan

Thanks a lot for all the updates on the stores. It's cool that this one Canadian Tire still has that four blade bottom mount spiner with the halogen lights on the display. At that small Canadian Tire in Montréal, there is a five bladed 132 cm fan with three lights. That's not a model we see often and I though it was discontinued too.
Those two 1988 white fans look like some Guibb except for the canopy.
I also feel the same about the Westinghouse Wengue.
Notice how the price of the Canarm CP56 is now at 97$!
It's cool that you have almost all the versions of Canarm Catalyst at the same time.

Jean, in the canadian tire's picture of the halogen fan the 2 Hunters seen in it are also discontinued.
In the samll one, you're right, the big 3 lighted fan was discontinued some years ago They had a lot of discontinued stock still for sale.
I thought at first that the 2 1988 white fans were 4 seasons classic fans. So when I saw that they were canarms, I wasn't that suprised.
You can find a canarm cp56 for 69.99 at Patrick morin's hardware store.

My favorite is the Catalyst III from 1995.. Interesting to see how there are still a number of spinners sold, and fans with the stamped irons.. Both are non-existent here..

The Quatre Saisons Classic II have also a set of vents around the hole of the motor like on Casablanca Panama. Yes. and if you saw my recent thread with the brown Canarm, Paul Grégoire, which is close to where you live, have Canarm CP56 for only 50$.
