The 4 Saisons industrial looks quite iconic there, especially with that older HVAC register behind it.. I always like 'untouched' places like that..
I still see those Hampton Bay Quick Connects around here a lot in commercial applications.. Despite being cheaper, they seem to hold up well..
I'm not sure of the brand of those ornate fans, but Walmart is probably a good guess, they seem cheap..
That's neat to see so many of those little industrials in a row, and in nice condition too.. This is one of my favorite installs from the group, along with the Augusta 3 install..
That Catalyst 3 looks nearly identical to one of the version of the Hampton Bay Flourentine that was sold here in the US a while back..
I don't care for brushed nickel at all, but I have to admit that install was done very well and the fans look nice there.

Yes, this installation of this late 1970's 4 Saisons is quiet a classic, very natural and unchanged. I love it too. It does remind me of what we used to see a lot in Montréal 20 years ago. Oh no, Canarm Catalyst regardless of their age, are very different from Hampton Bay Florentine. Theses were made by SMC. They were essentially later all white SMC Promos Deluxes with 5 blades and spot light kits. These Canarms are not related to SMC.

Here are July's sightings: A few Canarm CP56 in a restaurant in Brownsburg-Chatham, QC that were installed around 2010 or 2011 when this place was converted in a restaurant. At least one of the fan has a gold line and the other a white line. I believe the 3rd fan have a gold line. 2011 was the transitional year for gold to colorless lines on Canarm CP. The restaurant also have a side porch with a few SMC hugger. (not pictured) A recently installed Westinghouse Bendan 132 cm in a bar in Montréal. This same place also have a Westinghouse Industrial 140 cm installed around 2015 that I already posted in this thread. Here are again more pictures of my local bank that I posted about many times before that has two brown Canarm CP56 installed in 2011 that replaced two early 1980's brown 4 Saisons 120 cm installed on a tall vaulted ceiling. The closeup shows the second fan I never photographed before. It's such a cool installation! At the Old Port in Montréal, a snack-bar have multiples pewter Canarm Twisters 76 cm installed in a row. In Old Montréal, a late 1970's to early 1980's white Palco 90 cm. Palcos are actually more common in painted copper than white finish. Enjoy and comment!

Wow that Palco is actually my favourite sighting for this batch. I could not have told it was one actually. My guess would have been some kind of 4 Saisons because of the white finish. Very nice! Was there only one fan in the place?

Was there only one fan in the place? Yes I only saw this one fan there. The plasic cylindrical canopies is what makes me say it's Palco, plus I have never seen a three blade 4 Saisons of that generation. Palco also had a small distributor in Montréal around 1979-1981.

It's a shame the bank replaced the fans, but nonetheless I still like the install very much!

It's a shame the bank replaced the fans, but nonetheless I still like the install very much! Yes indeed! At least they had the decency to replace them with other classic looking brown fans. They wanted the new fans to still be brown like the old ones. It's clear that this detail is not a coïncidence.

Here are the sightings for August. They are all taken around Montréal: In my area an old house have a white Monte Carlo Discus 132 cm installed on the side porch. I never saw it running. It surprisingly still in very good condition and very clean for being outside. Near that house I saw this late 1990's hunter green and polished brass Canarm Mystic that was thrown in the garbage. Although Mystics are very cool in this colour, I didin't picked it up because the original colour is in bad condition as you can see and it's missing parts of the light kit that are unique to this model. They are relatively easy to find in much better condition. A bar I go to once a month, have renovated around June-July and added a four season atrium where it used to be an alley. In this new atrium they installed these Kichler Monarch 177 cm. They are always on low speed. They have a 3-speed wall control. Another bar close to this one have many of these five bladed glossy black or dark chrome GE vents that appear to be from the early 1990's. Anyone know what they are? They seems to have a reversing switch. Apparently the finish is original. A clothing store at Plaza Saint-Hubert have many recently installed Canarm CP56. A friend's place I go to sometimes have multiples fans. Recently they installed this antique brass Nadair Celina 132 cm in the living room. Obviously it's a fan they got second hand or they relocated as this version was sold around 2000-2008. In the kitchen they installed a 2010's bronze Likewise/For Living hugger 107 cm from Canadian Tire. (not photographed) In the bathroom, there's a Nadair Industrial 90 cm with the blades installed upside down. This model was sold around 2002-2006. It has it's original 5-speed controller as shown in the demo video. Another room have this 2010's white Canarm Zehpyr 107 cm with the blades painted black and non original shades. Enjoy! Happy new year!

I really like the atrium install. Me too. It's much better than how it used to be before. I like that they put fans too although they are not what I would have liked for them to put there.

Here are the sightings for September. A local Super C grocery store converted into an Adonis. The Super C originally had Canarm CP56 from the early to mid 1990's with one line on the blades. I photographed them before in 2015. The location was renovated and the layout rearranged differently from how it was at the time of the Super C. The changed the old fans for new Canarm CP56 which was a useless move as the older fans seemed to still be in good conditon and they replaced them with pratically the same fans. Here are three of the new Canarms. There is probably six or seven fans in total. A brown and polished brass Golden Fan spinner 90 cm from the early 1980's missing the nut in a dépanneur inside a metro station. A different metro station's dépanneur also have the same fan photographed here in 2014 with square tipped blades and fleur de lys badges.

The clothing store install is neat. Does the Nadair move any air with the blades on upside down? That little Golden fan is awesome, looks like the install is cool too
