I LOVE both Banvil/Envirofans! Looking forward to more pics from the music store. What type of Banvils are these exactly? I wasn't planning to go to the music store. All the fans are like this one except one old Canarm installed above a fluorescent fixture. If you read what I wrote, I don't always like to go in places that I know I won't buy anything and that what they sell does not interest me. It's a music store so it's very specific merchandise. I have to find a reason to be there if I get assisted. I don't always like to do this. I like acoustic guitars but I still don't play it very well. I used to have one but I ended up selling it. I realized it wasn't very much for me. If I'm in the area, I will go in and take more pictures if you want to see more fans. I will take pictures of the very local fans I mentioned though. I'm eager to discover what are the fans in the hair dresser.

Not sure. There's one of those here labeled Orange Line or Red Line, I forget which, I think we've seen them labeled Silver Line as well. One of the Envirofan mysteries.

I know there's a version that looks almost the same except it has a newer cylinder canopy. This would be a Silver Line. Theses are mysterious, the line around the motor seems red and the sticker on the canopy more orange.

The blades on the Envirofan seems solid wood, maybe they are quality plywood. I'm not sure. I'm guessing wood. Then again, Four Seasons Venair fans did use plywood so that's also highly possible. You would have to show me a picture. I'm not sure what fan you mean. I don't have any pictures, but I'll try to describe it as best as I can. It was brushed pewter, had five reversible black to pine blades, three lights which pointed straight down and a remote control. The blade brackets and badges looked identical to the Milano from what I recall. The earliest Scandinaves would have been dated 1999 to be sold in spring 2000. Ah, I didn't thank of that... Yes, it's very nice that sometimes she takes pictures of fans in places that she goes and I know that have fans. It's very easy now with the Google Inside Views to know in advance which place have fans and which don't. I don't always like walking in stores that I really don't need to buy anything nor even have interest for what they are selling just to take picture of their fans. She was buying a new amp for her new guitar. Last year she took pictures for me in La Habana. We help each others a lot for things like that. Same here. Usually though, if I buy at least something and I tell them I'm taking pictures for a school project, they'll let me with no problem. Only one time in all these years was I told not to. I don't know for sure if those huggers are sold by Home Collection or not, I was asking but I know they are sold at Canadian Tire. As far as I now they were only sold as Canarm's. Basically the same thing as Home Collection anyway. UPDATE: 100 th post!

I don't think I have ever seen this model. What time frame was it sold?
If I have a slight interest for what they are selling and can easily pretend I'm looking for this or that then of course I walk in and take pictures of their fans discreetly.
Those cheap huggers could be For Living. I had forgotten about this brand. There's so many of those store brands now.

I don't think I have ever seen this model. What time frame was it sold? It had candelabra light sockets, so my guess is anywhere from 2009 to this day (last time I remember seeing it was around early 2012 though).

Last week I went to l'Île Perrot to accompany my mother to an appointment and on the way back we stopped at the Rona store on the island. It's the same store that I post some pictures of the ConTech and the unique four metal curved blades fan last summer. Refer to the bottom of page 32 of this thread for those who really don't know what I'm writing about. Apparently nothing can stay for more than 15 years without renovations and changes. Outside, on the front of the store a banner reads that they are going to move to a bigger location this summer. It's true that inside the store, everything feels tight. There's probably a demand for a bigger store. They are even some articles about it. Many residents don't seem that happy about the move and many wonders what will happen with the current location. offislandgazette.com/blog/greg-duncan/story/2014/01/22/goodbye-rona-ile-perrot/www.journalpremiereedition.com/Societe/Nos-gens/2014-01-10/article-3571311/Une-famille-d%26rsquo%3Bici-s%26rsquo%3Bagrandit/1I would like the save the late 1970's four metal curved blade 4 Saisons in there. I recently discovered that those are 4 Saisons and not Nadair and made around 1979. Possibly older for some. It's probably the first model 4 Saisons imported. It also really seems to be a 120 cm model, my favorite size. I don't know exactly what will happen to all the fans inside the store but there's big chances that they will get removed or even destroyed if the store gets demolished. It's difficult to get the specific phone number of the manager. I know I could easily call the store but I would have to first talk to a regular employee. Maybe I could ask them to get me a number to reach the manager directly. I know a manager could understand me about these fans, especially considering it's been the same manager for a very long time. I'm a little stuck about what to do here. At least I know in advance that this store will close and move. Most of the fans in there are either some straight blade ConTech and some Canarm CP56. There's probably ten Canarms, eight ConTech plus they are two unique fans: one Banvil Silver Line and the late 1970's 4 Saisons 120 cm four curved blade. Last time I took pictures of the ConTech and the 4 Saisons, this time I flicked one picture of the many Canarm and one picture of the Banvil Silver Line. All the fans were spinning this time on a low-mediumish speed. The 4 Saisons was spinning considerably faster than all the other fans which shows that it's smaller in diameter than the other fans. All the fans are controlled on only two big variable speed controllers. Again refer to the bottom of page 32 to refresh your memory about the other fans. ada19851985.proboards.com/thread/2967/jeans-ceiling-fans-sightings?page=32

They will take you much more seriously.

They said in the article that the store is owned by the Allard Family. If you can talk with the owner, that would be great
And if you can get all the fans, that would be better

If you can talk with the owner, that would be great And if you can get all the fans, that would be better Yes, Jean Allard the manager more precisely. It's him that I want to contact directly. I guess the best way to do it is call at the store and either ask to talk to the manager and if he's not there ask if they can give me a number or an extension where I can reach him directly.
