Remove the housing, check for bits that rub. Try oiling the bearings.

I've removed the housing a few times to check for that, so that's not it. I'm 97% sure it's the bearings, and I'll oil them as soon as I can.

Sad for the Moss, I love those.
But in your video you said that it was the light kit who made that noise but it already sounded like a humming noise.

The light rattled too, it got better when I took that off, but it still had a distinct noise.

A vibration from bad bearings can be transmitted to the light kit.
