No, the industrials weren't Moss. They were more like a cross between a CEC and a Dayton/Marley. It was a big nut on the center, like on this CEC. www.vintageceilingfans.com/commanderelectric52white4blade.html Like I said, they were like nothing I've ever seen before. It's hard to keep an eye on that store because it's in Moorhead, not Fargo. I really wanted these fans, they had stickers on them, but I couldn't read them because the print was small.

The spinners with 1-3 lights, are they Slimline IIs? They're certainly not the older Slimlines like the ones with 4 lights.
Some cheaper industrials the lower canopies dont come all the way down.

The industrials in question, are you sure they had a nut in the center as opposed to a ring?

Yeah, they're newer Slimlines, I knew they weren't the older ones. I had never noticed the older ones there until just recently. The industrials had a nut for sure, it wasn't a ring. I saw them off more than once, and it was hexagonal. They weren't Dayton "Ring" industrials, I re-checked pics of those after thinking I may have had some of the details wrong. They were not the same fans.

Those Commanders were made with 3 straight blades. They are the only industrials I can think of with a hexagontal nut.

It was either that, or something brand new to the fan community. They really could have been Commanders, they were a bit Commander looking.

True. Did you ask what they did with them?

Talk to the contractor. I talked to one today who removed two Envirofans out of a drug store, and he kept them.

Sounds interesting, I like fans with the Commander Angel motor. I almost got one!!!!!! What kind of canopy do they have?

Not the flat one, but more like a Dayton/Marley one but I don't think it had the "step" on it.

So a squared canopy with no step. Like Canarms?

Yeah, kind of like that, a bit more square though, sharp edges, not round. That's what I remember anyway, it could have been very different. I know it wasn't the flat one though.

Anyone seen a TAT with straight blades?

Ooh, I never thought about TAT. When I really think about it, it has to be Commander, TAT, or something totally different. Either way, there have never been pics of anything like them on here, or any other site.
