What was the worst school year you ever had? Here's some I had
10th grade- A lot of fights, failed math, and no winterfest or spring fling dance. We only had one dance that year. It was a lot of stuff that happened.
- Also I almost a got a 2 hour detention when my school had a bomb threat and MY mom had signed us out. But I also got it taken care of.
8 grade- I was harrassed by a boy and my parents had come to the school to straighten this mess out.
5 grade- I was picked on a little and the teacher yelled at me, too. But I managed.
12- senior year. Worst because of school strike a tv was thrown down the stairs. The kids were acting up.
- The Trash cans were set on fire.
-MY Principal was being meaner and she wouldn't let us have a drill team or do senior pranks. And the worst thing was someone sent her a raccoon head to her.
- My senior class didn't get do much. No Fashion show, No Slide Show at our Senior Dinner, No Car Wash, No Senior Trips or Grad Night I found this totally unfair.
But I survived and graduated and moved on. What was yours?

Well, I guess mine was my junior year. Just alot of bad things happening and my cousin and aunt died and my dog right at the start of the year, and it was just a depressing year and I was having trouble. After Spring break though, things just got better and the rest was a good year. My senior year was good, but no senior trip. I didn't care, because I never went on the trips much anyway. At least it was uneventful.

I'm sorry to hear what happened during your junior year. And the school I went to they were kind of stingy about things and they hardly let us go on field trips anyway and they don't have a orchestra or a soccer team. Sad isn't it?

Elementary School 2th Grade 1998-1999: God i was oftenly punished for stupid reasons students were mean with me during this year and i failed this school year!!!!! I had to retake this year so I made the 2th grade twice. 5th Grade 2002-2003: There was a Stupid guy that was alwayse after me and beacause of him I got MY FIRST Detention sheet since I was at this school. High School Sec 1 2004-2005: The WORST school year I probably EVER had!!! It was also my first year at High school so I was New I did know anybody. At the beginning of the year it was great i made a new friend but this guy also had some older friends that were STUPID and Immature and this guy was not soo bad at the beiginning but after he got a VERY BAD influence but his others friends. So after christmas he turn to be my WORST ennemy. He was alwayse after me and really MEAN with me.So it turn that i had almost no more friends in this groupe. During this seam year i watch accidently a movie that was the WORST movie I EVER watch and beacause of this movie and all the mean peoples with me I failed in a Depression my depression start the Febuary 15th and ends the May 6th. After this date I felt SOOO MUCH BETTER!!!! (but I also failed my maths) but for the rest i had good marks.) I now have a lot of GOOD friends.

Farah, I know exactly what you've been thru. Sounds like school for you was pretty horrible. School was definitely no utopia for me either. I did K-9 at the public school from 9th grade (round 2) to graduation, I transferred to a smaller private school. Since I recently graduated college, and I've been out of high school for 5 years now...I gotta admit I'd had some pretty lousy school years. I'll try to do this in chronological order the best I can, so bear with me. 2nd grade- Was OK for the most part, except my parents split that year 3rd grade- Teacher was boring and made us do these research projects on countries, animals, etc...WE WERE ONLY IN 3RD GRADE FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD!!! 7th grade- One of my worst school years ever. It seemed as if all my friends from grade school forgot who I was since they treated me differently. I had problems with a few kids, plus I nearly failed science; I miraculously passed, however. I nearly failed since my science teacher simply did not teach...how in the heck was I supposed to figure that stuff out? I am no rocket scientist. Since we missed an overabundance of school, due to a horrendous winter, we had to go clear to mid June. The highlight of the year was a field trip to Washington D.C. In a nutshell, 7th grade was one of the biggest adjustments in my life. In my 2 years of Junior High, I had this nutty gym teacher who was an ex-army guy who acted like he was still in the war. His main rule was "One guy messes up, WE ALL PAY THE PRICE!" He never hesitated to use profanity in front of his students--I'm dead serious. I did a push up for him, and he came up to me and said "You're not in the Navy, you're in the Army!" He so reminded me of the drill sergeant in the movie Full Metal Jacket8th grade-was OK, and better than 7th grade. My dad started dating the woman who he's married to this day, who's 24 years his junior! It took me a while to get used to it 9th grade (round 1) Was my terrible, horrible, no-good, very-bad year! Probably the worst to name. For some reason, nothing worked out the way I hoped it would, and I started to feel persecuted more than ever for the weirdest things. It seemed as though I wasn't as well liked by certain teachers for some odd reason. I was a little heavy at the time too. At the end of that school year was when I decided to switch schools. However, when I switched schools, I had to repeat 9th grade. No, I did not flunk or even come close, it all had to do with the curriculum I was in at the public school. 9th grade (round 2) Was a big relief that I switched schools 11th grade It was the most intense year of all, Everybody's personality seemed to have changed, plus there was this one kid in the class that I really did not like too much. Thankfully, he left the next year. I think there was a lot of social pressure that year. I wish that I could've gotten out more and met more people, since the school I attended was rather small. 12th grade better than the previous year, but all my peers started acting rowdy beyond belief. It really drove me nuts the way they'd horse around and never shut up. Also, it got really cold in May of 2002, which was really depressing. In a nutshell, my seinior year was the best of times; It was the worst of times.

Nope:
Preschool.
Elementary: Kindergarten 1st grade 2nd grade 3rd grade 4th grade 5th grade
Middle School: 6th grade 7th grade 8th grade
High School: 9th grade (freshman) 10th grade (sophomore) 11th grade (junior) 12th grade (senior)
My school years so far haven't been too bad *knocks on wood* except my early years. During preschool, I didn't know much English yet, as it is my 2nd language. I also liked to play. Now how the he11 does the teacher expect me to understand her directions. It got me in trouble. A lot.
Kindergarten I also liked to play, but somehow my English caught up and somehow surpassed those of my classmates, so I was sent to the 1st graders for reading. Even still, I got in trouble a lot. 1st grade. I can't count the number of times I've been sent to the principal's office on my fingers. I loved yo-yo'ing this year. I would go and hang out with the 8th graders and yo-yo with them. 2nd grade. My teacher was a word I can't type on these forums. This was the year they installed ceiling fans in each of the classrooms. I was happy. 3rd-4th. My classmates would like to form groups, and since I went to a private school, there were 5 kids in my grade. They formed groups of 4. Usually, it was either me or this kid named Zachary left out. It got a little boring of having recess alone. From then on, just smooth sailing, but an occasional visit to the principal's office or two. The future is yet to come.

That's weird ''Middle School'' And they have mixed Secondary with College at High School. In Canada when you have finished your 6th Grade you go directly to High School. In Canada we also called High School: Secondary.

Really? in my early years I have got the help that I needed until I reached the high school years and I felt that I was expected to do the same thing like the regular high school kids like taken hard classes and things like that. It was very frustrating indeed.
