The Verse really doesn't show any design creativity... Looks like another Hampton Bay fan... Oval blades, round body. If Casablanca really cared about design, They would've taken this a step farther and make it unique and interesting. I feel like Casablanca is just gonna get consumed by Hunter kinda like what happened to Homestead when it faded out. For example, some swept back blades would've been GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Since you are so passionate about hunter turning Casablanca into Casablunter/Hunterblanca, why don't you ? Okay, I've resurrected Mr. Joe Serious in me, so I think Casablanca will stay around for a while longer so that hunter can feed off their reputation, and when people come around and realize today's Casablanca is quite dissimilar to Casablanca of 1990, then hunter will probably terminate and annihilate the firm altogether. And Emerson and Fanimation, all the while, will still be manufacturing Fans as good as pre-21st century Emerson and Fanimation. The two reigning champions of the ceiling fan world. What would be cool, however, is if Emerson and Fanimation would become one company, as both companies' Fans are just as good, but Emerson has Fans more similar (not identical, mind you) to Casablancas, their fans, and homesteads back in the day and still preserves the quality, whereas fanimation's Fans are more exotic, and Fanimation is also similar to what casa used to be, with all the museums and amenities they have, and all of those opulent collectors items they sell. If they became one company, then that would be amazing! People are beginning to catch on.. The local showroom which I bought my Panama at a few years back has stopped selling Casablanca.. I bought one of the last few of the stock they'll have.. Apparently they were getting a lot of complaints about the fans not being up to par in quality.. and having to make good on replacements and repairs was not making them any profit..
They're also catching on to Hunter especially.. just browse through a few reviews on Home Depot of Hampton Bay's cheapest fans.. you'll see a number of customers who returned Hunter fans which cost 4 or more times the cheap Hampton Bay.. yet moved less air..

That definitely seems to be the case. I'd imagine that Casablanca products using XLP motors were particularly susceptible to complaints due to broken flywheels. Hunter is indeed beginning to lose ground among consumers, as an increasing number of their individuals are posting reviews regarding their general lack of quality and performance. In the past, new in box Hunter fans didn't typically show up at my ReStore, however I'm starting to see an increasing number these days, typically Highburys. Almost every single one had the infamous "RTV" (returned to vendor) sticker associated with Home Depot...

Thank God that piece of garbage is not sold in Canada. That must be nice.. Have they discontinued that model yet? Based on its reviews,, very few people actually keep it.. though I suppose the portion of people who write reviews is probably very limited so that's probably not a good survey..
