I should have specified that all of them are hideous is not an answer! Where can I see all of them? On the page i linked to. scroll down a bit until you see "Other Finishes..." "The Shower Fan" is in other finishes, all of them ugly. The price is outrageous, too!

Weird fan #5: Quorum Modesto 70" ceiling fan. This thing is oddly flat in its motor housing design, and the blades come in too high of quantity and are too skinny. The tiny DC motor allows this fan to top out at 6,155 CFM and a pathetic 83 RPM (I know; I would expect airflow to be higher for such a large fan (70")! Did I mention that this fan is priced at about $600? Really, I'd does not look like a ceiling fan; it resembles a UFO moreso. This fan is three things: odd (not in a benevolent way), underpowered, and UFO like! Attachment Deleted

This fan is three things: odd (not in a benevolent way), underpowered, and UFO like! This one isn't nearly as bad as some of the other ones in terms of appearance. While I don't particularly like it, I could see where this would look okay in more modern rooms. However, the performance is just disgraceful! "The Shower Fan" is in other finishes, all of them ugly. The price is outrageous, too! Retails for up to $833!? "Discount" price of $499.95? Outrageous I'll say! On the page i linked to. scroll down a bit until you see "Other Finishes..." Just took a look--talk about outrageous! That yellow one looks absurd in the room they showed it in. If you're going to post outlandish colors, at least change the picture its installed in to try to make it look good!

The numbers seem low because you guys are using an outdated CFM method where the numbers were higher. I'm still confident that My Coastal Breeze Plus would in fact blow the 7,680 CFM it claims... I didn't know you could do that, I'll have to take a look at the atrocities again! You stated in an earlier post that you liked the way this quorum looked pleasant. Do you like UFOs on the ceiling? Just curious, no insults

Its not something I would install in my house, but unlike the shower fan I can see where it would fit in with a more modern designed house. Granted I'm not into modern styling, so its not for me. To answer the question, no, I don't like UFOs hanging from my ceiling!!

I was not trying to be insulted and now I know you are more about classic fans in opposition to modern fans. Yes, the UFO fan can fit in more contemporary environments unlike the shower fan.

Weird fan #6: Kichler Maor patio ceiling fan. This thing is too big for its proportions (65"), and the screened light kit is odd, but it performs well for its size (212x20mm motor, 8800 CFM). Odd looking, but not too bad! Attachment Deleted
