It's a Wal-Mart Lasko, I believe it was sold under the 'House Beautiful' name. It dates to the 90s, it's nothing overly special. Personally, I wouldn't pay more than $10 for a 90s Lasko.

If it's cheap, I'd get it. There are collectors that look for these. They look cooler than similar fans of the same era.

Lets just start off by saying another day of a complete waist.. This time was a different situation.. Last week I found that TAT.. I don't know why I picked it up.. Anytime I see an industrial fan it's usually one of these or a 36" commander.. Went to the Stuart Habitat and found a bunch of blades that went to fans they obviously scrapped.. I told them that I would have bought the fans that went to the blades if they would not have obviously scrapped them.. They said well we have plenty of blades back there.. I said ya a bunch of blades and motors that don't go with each other.. Not all blades fit every fan.. Who knows what the stencil blades went to.. And I would love to have a DB Emerson 1895 Series.. Went to the local one on the way back and inquired about these.. Would have bought a haul if they were not overpriced.. Non ornate Emerson CC 36" designer All white TAT Deluxe Some SMCs Bladeless Charleston SMC Ornate A52 - Obviously replaced a TAT Deluxe One of these stack motor Taiwan five blade flywheel thingys with a light and fan pull They all had no price on them when I asked about them.. Then she went and got the marker and started marking them.. As I walked out of the store, I turned around and went up to the lady and said, you know if you would PRICE THINGS AT A REASONABLE PRICE THINGS WOULD START MOVING. Those Hunters have been there for months.. She said talk to this man.. I said the same thing and mentioned the other Habitats sell there fans at a reasonable $15... Those Hunters are $50 and have been sitting there for at least 6 months.. He said Oh they are oil Hunters, they'll sell.. I said I don't think so, they'll sit there until they get scrapped..

Great sightings!
The last fan is a 56" Gulf Coast Naples. Mine too had a bad flywheel when I got it.

I want one of those small TATs.
Ugh I feel the frustration and anguish with both the scrapping of the motors and the pricing fiasco. It's utterly ridiculous how they let stuff sit there for outrageous prices expecting it to sell, and when it doesn't it goes in the scrap bin. Even worse with her going around and just putting seemingly random prices on. I don't understand the mindset. Why do they not take the $15 that a person is willing to pay when they are willing to pay it and move some stock out the door? Total waste.

I wish the plain CC was affordable. I love those more than the ornate ones!

What ever it is.. It's got an odd canopy, sorta like Casablancas Hang-tru, Only that one side of the canopy is a actual mounting bracket built into it..
The flywheel looks messed up as Daniel said, and the blade brackets look like they are sloped down.. I can just imagine what it would look like with the blades mounted..
