Yeah, that's what I'll probably end up doing. I need like three different kinds for three different fans that need them...

Just got back from another trip, time for more great fans! Here's the basic rundown left to right, back to front: NIB AB Emerson Apollo, complete with 17" blades. Seller included an Emerson switch housing and light kit from her old fan, complete with extra globe. Five matching Saturns from Kiry (on DT), most need some cosmetic work and/or parts, plus an extra black/chrome that's semi-incomplete. Kiry's a great guy, absolute pleasure to meet him in person and I hope to get some more stuff from him! NIB HB Babiberre, just got it because I could lol. Unknown PB thing, looked cool in the CL listing but not so much in reality, didn't lose much on it though. If anybody wants it, let me know. Stack motor Mercury copy with white, just like mine with the black. Gray FASCO Decorator, got it absolutely last minute, flywheel intact as of now. HB industrial blades, just got them because they were free, and a set of Original blades w/ brown brackets. Couldn't find any motor, assume it was never donated. Lastly, a number of catalogs and pamphlets (Regency, Casablanca, Hunter, Fanimation, Emerson, Hunter 2010 mini, Minka Aire) Individual pics and of course vids to come, some will be up soon enough tonight.

Mmm hm. All stack motor except the PB thing and the HB. Kiry really hooked me up on the Saturns, couldn't be happier despite the fact that they need some work. Plan on keeping them for the time being, hope maybe I can do an install someday, having so many on hand.

Here's the first few individuals: PB thing, only think I can find is Top Union, Inc. Don't know who it was made for, has a detachable switch housing, as well as a switch cap. Very weird. Again, if someone wants it, send me a PM. Mercury copy, pretty straight forward. 4/5 blade, swapped the AB fitter with a PB one, otherwise as it was originally. Pullchain fob is blank, doesn't say Kmart like mine. FASCO Decorator. I LOVE this fan, so glad I didn't give up on trying to get it! And now I've got a rubber flywheel for my dad to look at. For now I swapped it to low speed first to avoid unnecessary startup torque. This may be my favorite fan of the haul, despite the awesome Saturns.

What dealer did you go to where you got all of those catalogs? I'm especially glad you got ahold of that gray decorator series (:

I go to Great Fans and Blinds in St. Paul, MN. Dan told me about it a long time ago now, I usually stop in when I'm down there just to see what's new.

I'd love to see a video of the Kmart Mercury looking thing in both configurations. I also find it interesting that both this fan and the Forever Fans on the first page have the 4-blade setup on the OUTER ring of the flywheel.

Videos of at least these three will be up tomorrow (both configs for the Mercury thing). I was trying to figure out more about the PB thing before I upload them but I'm not really getting anywhere so I'll just put them up. Yes it's very odd how they've got the flywheels set up for these. Seems like a lot less sag when they're mounted on the outside though.

That first fan reminds me an awful lot of your Forever Fan.

Last time I was at Great Blinds, they had a chrome Ventura on clearance for $50.
Multi Saturn install would be AWESOME.

That first fan reminds me an awful lot of your Forever Fan. That's what I thought it was when I saw the listing. I was hoping for stack motor, this is spinner so it's of a lot less interest to me. As for the catalogs, I can't get scans of the thicker ones because they won't open that wide for the scanner. I only got the Hunter one in before by ripping out pages and scanning page by page, don't want to do that with these. Could take pics I guess, it'll be awhile because I have lots of stuff to do.

I never see any of this stuff, once I saw a black Stealth sitting around, but I think it either belonged to someone or was sold. Would love to have a second chrome Ventura though... Yes indeed. I have no idea where that would ever be yet, but I want to hang on to them just in case.
