Cole, you're not the only one who recently got a Delta II off CL. Mine is AB with a Bowl light kit and it came with a long downrod, so I have to wait to get a smaller one till I can hang it. I was supposed to get a PB Panama and a mystery fan from a different seller, but our schedules just weren't able to mix and when I went to grab the AB Delta II, he said the fans were no longer available. Ah cool! Is yours in like new condition too? That would be way too much of a coincidence lol.

Just made a discovery on the Delta II. I had noted that the vents on the bottom of the motor were not typical K55 vents. So, upon further inspection toward replacing the bearings, I found that it is actually an Astrosyn motor. I believe I've heard about these and Samsung motors being used, but have never encountered either one myself (at least of the ones I've opened before).

Hmmm that's strange. All of the K55s I've seen pictures of were Emersons.

Casablanca used a few different imported motors briefly.

Ohhh wow more awesome deals!
Ahhhh! The SMC Park Avenue II! It's so cute! I want one of those in polished brass. Is it dated?
I'm really glad you bought those Forever Fans! I remember seeing the ad. How old are theses? Mid to late 1990s? Didn't they also had a NIB polished brass View-Fan?
Ouff I really don't like those Originals and the finish on it is ugly. It would have been great if you would have got a regular Archives Original in black though. Those are cool!
Your really lucky to have a father like that.

Cole, I love how supportive your dad is of fan collecting. Tell him I said hello! My dad, while an awesome father and very supportive of other interests and hobbies, was not supportive of fan collecting at all, other than grudgingly letting me store stuff in his basement once I became an adult. When I was a kid, he used to throw out my stuff when he thought I wasnt looking-- everything from catalogs to actual fans! I had some EXTREMELY cool catalogs that got tossed. Ahhh that sucks! My mother did similar things with some of my fans.

I'm sure it is dated, but I never thought to look. I can if I pull it out again, it went into storage right after pics and vids. They're definitely mid 90s I should say, I didn't note any dates but they may be there. It was a brown Bay Breeze (View Fan style) also from Builder's Square in the ad, but it was sold by the time I got there. I don't much prefer the Archive Original at all to be honest, but if I was buying new I definitely wanted Adaptaire and this was soooo much less than the Hotel model it was a no brainer. I was talking with the showroom guys, and they thought both models should be offered with options, because I wanted the fan I got in black with Hotel blades, but you just can't get that. Yes, both of my parents are really too good to me, I thank them for it all the time to make sure they know that I really do appreciate everything.

We got more fans! Pics of them separately installed will be coming, along with the revealing of something I got that I REALLY love. And no, it's not the Casablanca/Homestead Aero. I tried numerous times to get in contact with the seller, and she only replied to one email asking what time I could come. I replied like 3 times, no reply back, called like four times, no answer. So IDK, I guess they don't want my money. Anyways, the pic of everything except the pièce de résistance. From upper left: Emerson Amphora, Hunter Excalibur, SMC A-52-obviously not GE Vent, incomplete Minka Concept II, Homestead Universal-4 blades, Casablanca blades-original black brackets, Emerson light kit:

Ohhh wow! Bravo and bravo pour les accents sur ''pièce de résistance''. Can't wait to see it!
Theses Emersons are very intresting. They were sold around 2003. It seems like it have an uplight.
OMG the Casablanca blades!!!! PLEASE, if you don't need them I've been looking for some for my Zephyr cause two of them are wraped as you probably remember. They are exactly the finish I'm looking for. Do you have all the four?

The Emerson is called the Botanica. Recently discontinued as of a few years ago. The Hunter Ornate is called the Excalibur. Also, I never knew those SMC's were made like that!

Once again no uplight! I STILL don't have an Emerson with an uplight. Second pull is for reverse... My blades are warped badly too, all the blades I got at Habitat are, they wrap them all separately from the motors with plastic wrap REALLY tight and the blades warp from that. I do have all four though... I'm gonna see what I can do with the warping then maybe we could work something out. As they are, I don't think you'll see much improvement based on your experience so far.

Here are installed pics: Universal: Excalibur, different light kit cuz I hate spots on these fans: A-52, sans wonky light kit: Amphora, had to get creative with the finial as the original was missing. Looks pretty good IMO: Obviously I couldn't do much with the Minka sans mounting bracket and remote... And for the grand reveal: Casablanca Saturn in white/chrome. Fantastic condition other than the blades which have moderate damage in various ways. Would be looking to get some replacements if anyone has a matching set. Came complete with the W-11, instruction book, all paper work (including little model pamphlet), little screwdriver, etc. Really love this fan, I've wanted a Saturn for soooooooo long and I finally got it. Was not cheap, but is a less common finish combo and I was able to guarantee it would arrive home safely.
