The bedroom fans look like mine. They are Homestead Products Whisperfan II Model HP-20. I just joined the site to find light kits for my 3 fans and was surprised to learn they are very desirable fans. I have no idea what they are worth. Good luck with your sale.

1982 house - 14722 125th Avenue N. is in Palm Beach Gardens.. A Farley new area.. I didn't think any rare old fans exist there..
I've never seen a bigger TAT like that without a lower canopy and bigger motor.. Wellington is also a newer area in the western part of West Palm Beach..
148 Canterbury F is out in Century Village, a retirement community (God's waiting room).. You have to be 55 and older to live there.. I'm sure those Encons and TATs are going no where..
