Hope the new owner doesn't try to "update" it. Would be cool if it sold fully furnished. It is a museum to 1980s excess in decoration !

While there's always the chance that someone who appreciates the style moves in, its unlikely that the average person would keep it the way it is. Unfortunately the majority of the population just sees it as 'outdated'.

I would love to own a home that floors everyone with its weirdness when they visit. It is actually a duplex, hence the 2 kitchens.

I'm pretty sure the spinners in the Ocean Boulevard apartment are Ju Feng. I'd love to find out what that GEV is. My first thought is Loyal but the blade tips look really Emerson-ish for some reason.
WHAT on God's bloody earth is that 80's VH1 video explosion of a house??!! I think the worst offender is the plaid ceiling on the kitchen with the helpless chrome fan that has a whatever-you-want-to-call it shopping mall light and ***STENCIL***. Seriously, that fan would at least have a chance if it weren't for the stencil. Makes no dad gum sense I tell ya!

Ocean Boulevard, they are right on the beach, as you can see that ocean out that window..
I love seeing those prototype Moss Caribbean breezes install like that...
I actually like that black and red colored bathroom with the mirror.. It's totally 80s..
Some of those designs look like they haven't been touched since the mid 1980s.. Some of them you could even say the 1970s..
I haven't seen any of these homes yet with the shaggy green carpeting, if there is still such thing...

A lot of pre-1980s homes have 70s and 80s fans installed. Why not search older ones?
