Can any any anyone please help me and point me in the right direction. A few months ago my Moss WT ( I think that is the model) chain broke right at the box for the fan speed and power to turn on. I replace the pull chain switch and it worked for a few days then now nothing. When I pull the Chain I hear a very very light light humm/vibe ration like the motor is working but nothing is happening. The fan is in mint condition for the age and I want to fix it but have no clue where to go and what to do to get a new motor or is there a special switch that I was supposed to use not your standered Home Depot one. My fan is all silver/chrome/stainless with 4(four) clear ABS blades. It mounts very close to the ceiling with 3(three) quick nuts holding it on the bracket. If any one has any info on where to go or who to call please please send it my way. This fan is to sweet to just give up on it. Thank you all and hope someone out there can help me. 941-258-6848
