So I Rerecorded The Ceiling Fan In My Bedroom During The Day It Turned Out Much Clearer Than Before

I like it! My only suggestion would be to try using a tripod to hold the camera, for ceiling fan videos its usually better. While your video isn't particularly shaky, having the tripod would keep the fan in the frame while changing the speeds and such.

its my tablet camera not a normal camera I cant put a tripod on my tablet I see, I record with my iPad sometimes and its definitely easier to record with the camera. |
