The thread would have probably taken off, if it was started with a more appropriate "Vintage" quality ceiling fan.. Instead of being praised by some recent cheap Hampton Bay.. I wonder if the thread was started by meaning of the actual subject, if you catch my drift..

It's actually one of better Hampton Bay with an 188mm X 15mm motor, but I agree it looks too modern to you.

Now that I've got my Original, I think that probably moves more air than the Caribbean Breeze because it's so much larger.

Still 60s SMC is still my most powerful fan
Ill mention some other notable strong fans
70s Union ABC with a pointed tip
60s USHA Airking
Relite Fan, 1975 model
Some fans i am expecting to be really powerful:
A rallifan i found with a huge motor and wide blades
A Revo fan that is suspected to be antique
GEC goldlines
4-bladed winner fan

Great to see this thread got cleaned up! My most powerful fan is definitely the 56" Banvil/EnviroFan Gold Line. If I had to pick something residential, I'd go with my Ritz (?) Emperor. It spins insanely fast on high.

My K 63 Emerson Casablanca classic is a close contender with my Hunter, It spins about the same speed but moves more air. I can feel it 20 feet away in the dining room
