Like the title says, I'm wondering if any of you have ever been to the Western U.S. (specifically Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Nevada). (BTW I live in Northern California)

Just US west coast? No, never. I've never been too attracted by the west, everything feels so new for me there. San Francisco have some nice leather events that I would like to attend at least once and Vancouver and the Okanagan Valley seems beautiful in a way.
We don't have a lot of people from the west coast. The climate directly on the coast is never really cold or hot to use a lot of fans it seems.
Why is this in the ''Old Department & Hardware Store'' section?

Yes, twice. Quite a few times. I was just there last November. Twice. I was also there last November. I go down there very regularly!

The furthest west I've got is Indiana to the Fanimation museum. I wouldn't mind living in the west, the climate is much more desirable to me that it is here in the east.

Next month I will be spending my vacation in the west coast I’d love to spend a few weeks in the west coast right about now! It was only 21 degrees last night, and we’re just getting started with the cold season. I don’t like the cold one bit. Unfortunately I have neither the time or the money to do so right now.

I live in Phoenix AZ and I love it. The temp is pretty nice this time of year, but the summers can get a little bit toasty. There are a lot of cool installs out here, esp outdoor installs. There is a top floor condo next to my patio that has a fan hanging halfway off the side of the building. One of the blades broke in the past month or so, I'm waiting to see if they will get it fixed. There are a quite a few Non damp/wet rated fans out here installed outside, and it def shows over time.

Summers are a hit or miss where I am. A few years ago, we had baking temperatures every day, over 100 degrees wasn't rare. This year, it was more mild with only a few days hitting into the upper 90s.

I live on the west coast (SoCal). The farthest I've gotten on the east coast was... Completely on the east coast (Long Island, NY).
