I went to Zion park lodge and found 10 Mica Glenaires, 6 in a lobby, and 4 in an auditorium. Each has a stack motor, and they spin fast and blow tons of air. They have no chains or reverse switches, and are remote controlled. Sorry, no pictures, but a couple of videos: 6 in the lobby: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kk_RUWkneBI4 in the auditorium (shown on all 3 speeds): www.youtube.com/watch?v=a2ZHQD3MvOgBy the way, there used to be 6 Alaska(?) GE vents with pretzel brackets in the lobby, but they were in different locations. There were also 4 Alaska(?) in the auditorium which seem to be in the same/similar locations as Micas are now. You can see Alaska(?) in this video (not my video): www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-yeXCx2-_Y

Anything with a stack motor is better than Alaskas.

Anything with a stack motor is better than Alaskas. That is what I thought, considering some of Alaskas spin slow on high. Does anyone know if GEVs are Alaska or something else? GEVs are very generic.

From what I can see (and that's not much), the brackets do look Broan/Alaska-ish but it is hard to say. For once a place upgraded fan-wise, that's a new one.

These look similar to Casablanca Artisan with few different details. Could they be rebranded Casablancas?

Cole said "Mica labels ones" implying we know them as something else.
It's hard to see what they look like, the videos are glare-y and blurry

Do they still sell them? They're not listed separately on the website. They say "made in the USA", who makes them?

As far as who makes them, that has been the question ever since we first saw them. I would not be surprised if they got stuff from Casablanca and possibly sourced some of their own parts. Thought they even came with Hang-Tru at one point but I'm not sure on that. Wonder if the stop in production has anything to do with Casablanca cutting back the XLP lineup, seems like kind of a strange coincidence...
