one of the fans i got from the scrapyard that was in a bad shape, its original motor winding was badly burned both the inner and outer coils were leaking current to each other.. the blades were yellowed just like the 70s relite.. unlike all the other late 80s relite i have seen, this one has a blue top cover.. and i also take back my theory about the full white covers replacing the blue/white covers in the late 80s.. the earliest relite with full white motor cover i found was dated 1985 this fan is dated april 12 1989, just 6 days difference between it and those in my farm i found a relite motor dated 1985 that had a damaged casing and good winding, i successfully switched places of both windings, when i tested it, it was working just as good as the older ones, though the rotor is smaller.. as another part of the restoration, i got the blades painted almost like the 70s models

These are childhood fans for me, though I never actually LIKED them . . . I've seen them with a few different covers on the top of the motor. Blue, white, and I want to say green, pink, and yellow too? Maybe the yellow was yellowed white.

Maybe the yellow was yellowed white. the yellow one could possibly be the yellowed white one.. pink and green i never came across, but sometimes i feel there is a small green touch in the blue surface.. maybe due to yellowing? i have no idea
