The model name is actually Passport.

Was almost complete with the video until I saw this, had to interrupt and start over.. I updated the info in the gallery.. Thanks for this.. Looks like they were a Home Depot exclusive for a while.. Probably in 1986.. The mounting on ours are not ball and socket like pictured on that box, ours is the newer late 1980s Hunter mount thingy, can't think of the name of it off hand..

For a Hunter fan, This thing zooooms. This isn't surprising; 42" Hunters up until the early 90s had chunkier (thus, faster) motors.
