Casa Vieja is the Lamps Plus brand. I went in last night looking for a fan and they're basically your run of the mill lighting store fans (several had 188mm motors though). I have my eye on this one however, and may bid on it since it's in mint condition (still in shrink wrap even). They're saying this one is from 1987, and it has a flywheel motor, I wonder if it's K55?

Yes, that is a 40" Emerson, but I only think the light is for sale. The wood and wicker light is attached to an old Emerson as well.

Generally speaking, only two K55-type motors were offered on flywheel fans pre-2000 (or whenever Casa came out with their own motor)

The Emerson K55 and the General Electric equivalent. Fasco made their own motors, however I've only seen them in Fasco fans. There were a few Asian-made K55 knockoffs, seen in Beverly Hills/Design House fans, Sierra I think? and a few others. And pre-1980, approx, Emerson had a few other K-series motors that were found in some Blenderfans, early Casablanca fans, etc.
