I'm not sure we've ever done this before. I wonder if we could start a comprehensive list of what blades are interchangeable from fan to fan? In other words, what blades have the same hole pattern and will fit another fan's brackets without additional drilling? I'd like to try to avoid as much "random guessing" as possible. This might help collectors who are trying to find blades or those who volunteer at Habitat and are looking for blades to replace others that are missing, broken, etc.
For example, I know that most of the late 70s/early 80s American fans all use the same hole spacing; the same blades can be used on Casablanca, Old Jacksonville, Tara, Key Largo, and most 52" Originals.
6-blade (small bracket) Homestead blades are interchangeable with 36" Original, 42" Evergo hugger, and I believe small-bracket Classic fans.
Most but not all Emperor blades are interchangeable and therefore should fit Supreme fans and their "family" (older Banner, West Winds, etc.)
80's Emerson, Fasco and Lasko fans all share the same hole pattern, but it might be tricky to try and put, for example, Blenderfan blades on a Lasko.
The current standard Emerson blades (which, if the website is to be believed, looks like they're being phased out) will retrofit onto older Emersons if they have rubber grommets. Rubber washers off a (used?) Fasco are good for this since the protrusion fits in the hole and aligns the screw holes to the bracket.

Moss, Ritz, everything from that family also fits Casablanca, Hunter.

Not all imports do, though. Tyebs don't (even though their bracket design is almost identical to Casablanca), and judging from what I've gathered throughout the years they may be related to Moss.

They have worked for me without adaptation.
