According to the label, your fan is made by Powermax. emerson powermax that is.... it's emerson due to the emerson logo on the top label

Vincent didn't clarify well. He means according to the UL listing (E130543), it's made by Powermax for Emerson.

I've seen many Emerson fans labeled as the Hazelwood, but this was probably an early Builder's Series.
