What ceiling fans have you seen that spin fast on high? The 1 fan I've seen that spins fast on high is a Hampton Bay Metarie in my friend's house.

I would certainly think those little micro-fans would spin fast on high.
As far as 36" fans, the Satellite/Ju Feng Adam posted is on up there... I figure about 450ish from what I was able to make out in the video. I remember seeing a similar fan, only 3-speed with moon brackets and pointed tip blades, that topped that - I think around 600 RPM, although the reverse speeds were like a normal 36" fan.
I think the fastest "regular" spinner motor fans I've seen in the +/- 52" range have been Anticas and Ritzes (decent pitch) and Supremes (great pitch).
SMC Lagunas are fast but don't have much blade pitch.
Plastic blade Royalaires go fast on high (my 56" does about 270), but the blades are skinny and pitched like an industrial.
Crompton Greaves of all sizes have fast high speeds, but they are all either industrial or industrial hybrid.
As far as full-size industrials, Banvil gold and platinum line fans are listed at around 320-360 RPM, which has to be on the high end.

My 42" Casablanca Lady Delta FLIES on high. I'd imagine the MDF replacement blades I put on there are lighter than the originals.
My K55 Emerson Blender/Heat fan is a close second.

208 RPM on high, which is painfully slow for an industrial.

The fastest ceiling fan in my collection has to be my 36" Hunter Comfort Breeze. It's a speed demon!

Aside from my Casablancas, I think all my Palm-Air fans go super fast on high considering they all have spinner motors. My Air Cool huggers crank out a considerable amount of air as well.
