So I need your advice...
My local Home Depot finally has 60" HB Industrials back in stock and has one hanging on the display. I'm thinking of buying one for my collection. Should I? I hear they're decent fans for today's standards.
What do you think?

They do move lots of air. I hadn't seen one making noises, but I did see a dead one (which is replaced with a Hunter Mariner) at Darling's Cafe & Famous Cheesecake.

Personally, I'd buy one used or cheap on eBay, but never at full retail price. Not worth it IMO. Only industrial I think I'd ever buy at retail anymore is a Gold or Platinum Line.

I really like them, and they do indeed move TONS of air. The price aspect is kind of your call; how much are they charging at Home Depot?

The price at Home Depot in-store is $79.99. Not a bad price, I don't think. It uses a ball-and-socket mount as well, and I'm not much for J hooks.
