Went to the Ft Lauderdale Faith Farm, and saw a BUNCH of old motors.. Of course without blades and some of the mounting downrods etc.. Neat variable speed six blade fans just motors.. Anyone have a clue on these.. I would like to know what the blade brackets, canopy looks like on this fan.. My guess at the moment is American Industries.. Sears Emersons Missing blades one motor still has the canopy.. Tons of Moss Caribbean Breeze 48" Dark Brown motors, and few other neat things.. All of them lying around wrapped in plastic, like the original plastic packaging.. One lighted housing hugger with the flower blades was there in it's original box labeled Scottys Hardware.. Box and other hardware for all these fan motors, no where in sight.. The guy said they were just put out today.. I sure hope that the other parts are in the back somewhere and that they will be put out.. It's like someone found an old warehouse of new fans, and they ended up at Faith Farm, Partially.. I told the guy I will come back Friday, as he said the other parts may have not come out from the back yet and that he will keep anything he see's and put it out..

Those six blade things look like those American Pride fans. Like the Sears! You probably have blades lying around for it!

Funny thing about these fans, is that anything that was factory attached to these fans are still attached, screws, downrods etc.. Anything That had to be attached, that came in a separate package are not with the fans.. The two Emersons look to have there downrods installed and nothing further.. So It's obvious these things weren't used for parts.. Either the location they were taken from, they could have only grabbed the motors due to possibly badly corroded boxes and maybe rotted blades, or what I'm hoping for is that they are still in the sorting place of Faith Farm, and that they WON"T get thrown away.. I asked the people if anyone could go in the back, and I got we're not allowed..

Great finds, Adam.
I never knew those 'industrial' looking fans were Emersons though the canopy is a dead giveaway.

The flywheel on the American Industries motor looks like it was originally 4-blade. Is the other one the same way? And there are no tags whatsoever on them?

I noticed that too, the flywheel on both of them are the same.. The screws also fit those holes, but the screws that are screwed into both flywheels are enough for six blades.. Looks like some kind of universal flywheel on these things.. There is no label on these things at all, other that a orange tag on top saying a warning message about screwing the mounting screws tight..
All those are Emerson even though some are labeled Sears.. Emerson had them made in Hong Kong..

Good luck with your search, I know how that feels finding a great fan but not getting all the parts for it. Hopefully they've still got everything there somewhere in the back and are able to get it to you.

I have a feeling the blade brackets on these fans are the same as Homestead..

Some cool stuff here. I really hope they have all the parts somewhere, especially for the six blade things.
