claim the information i post as your own, i've seen it several times here, on the old ceilingfandepot.com forum and your yahoo! group., without giving me the credit.
I write all this information for the benefict of everyone., i don't appreciate when i'm redding it again and is clearly been posted as the author knew the info, leaving me in the shadow.
I don't do that, and i don't like it when someone else does it to me., If someone told me something valuable regardless the subject, i'll make sure to give them full credit instead of taking the credit.
And I'm not mentioning anyone in particular.

And I'm not mentioning anyone in particular. I just scanned through the Yahoo group for anything posted that was not cited or credited to you and should have been, and I found no indescretions. If you have an issue with anything that's been posted, please take it up with me via private email, I want everyone who contributes to feel appreciated and respected. That having been said . . . I cant speak for anyone else, but for myself . . . when I learn something knew, it goes in my "knowledge bank". And if I ever need to share it with anyone else, it comes out of "the knowledge bank" and I usually dont remember where I learned it from. For example, Ryan Sipka recently gave me a detailed description of the trick to removing Casablanca flywheels without any special tools. ANd now, every time someone asks me how to remove a Casablanca flywheel I will share that trick, but I probably wont remember to credit Ryan, or even that I learned it from him . . . because it becomes common knowledge once it becomes familiar. That having been said, if someone were to post your Hunter data anywhere else, and someone should post it to the group, I think that would be something you should be credited for. Something along the lines of "thanks Perrey for digging this up". Why dont *you* post it, and then there's no worry of who gets the credit?

Wow, they must either have a lot of courage or be *really stupid*. (or maybe they're just 14 and like setting themselves up for verbal whoopings, reminiscent of a certain few members of this forum)

That phone number is not so private...
They already know we know the engineer responsable for the new Original, that's why they give you that poor excuse. someone from Hunter coming here to explain the change. Yeah right, don't wait for that, it'll never happen.
Write directly to Robert Beasley Jr. he's the CEO, he'll probably will give you what he sent me.

Yeah I wish someone from Hunter would show up on the message board and just tell us what the new Hunter original is about. I just want some infomation on the New original. TEXT Actually, there was a thread earlier about the new original. The new fan uses a completely different motor, with weights put in the housing to make people think that it has the same heavy, cast-iron motor that it did. It also now only moves 6900 CFM, as opposed to the previous rating of 10,500 CFM and is made overseas instead of in the U.S.

Yeah I wish someone from Hunter would show up on the message board and just tell us what the new Hunter original is about. I just want some infomation on the New original. TEXT Basically, the solid, powerful, cast iron oil-bath motor we all know and love was replaced by a skeletal spinner motor in a a weighted housing (so that people wouldnt notice the change). They moved the production overseas, and as opposed to continue the production in the same manner, they converted over so the motors could be made in the same fashion as their spinner motors. This is a brief summary of what Brian Hicks and others shared in the previous thread.
