I thought this would be fun! If you could own your own restaurant and put whatever kind of fans you wanted in it, what kind of restaurant would it be and what type of fans would you install in it? You can post more than one if you'd like!
My one idea would be an Italian restaurant in an old two-story building with low ceilings downstairs and high ceilings upstairs, kinda like an attic:
DOWNSTAIRS:
Entryway: 1x Casablanca Panama 5, IT, Polished Brass, 5 21" Standard Series Oak Blades (50" Total Span), 12" Down Rod, W-11 IT Control, K4C Light w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
Over Hostess Stand: 1x Casablanca Delta II, Polished Brass, 5 21" Standard Series Mahogany Blades (50" Total Span), 3" Down Rod, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Tassel Pulls, Schoolhouse Light w/ Single Round Schoolhouse Globe Shade
Side Dining Rooms (Each): 4x Each Emerson Designer Series (early 90s Model), 5 52" Hi-Gloss Cherry Blades, 3" Down Rods, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Wooden Ball Pulls, 4-Light Fitters w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
Over Bar: Emerson Designer Series (early 90s Model), 5 52" Hi-Gloss Cherry Blades, 6" Down Rod, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Wooden Ball Pulls, 4-Light Fitter w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
Wraparound Screened-In Porch: 12x Casablanca Verandah, Verde Green, 5 21" Outdoor Series Unfinished Oak Blades (50" Total Span), 3" Down Rods, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Tassel Pulls, Outdoor Schoolhouse Lights w/ Single Round Schoolhouse Glass Shades
UPSTAIRS:
Dining Room: 4x Hunter Olde Tyme Originals 52", Polished Brass, 4 52" Oak/Cane Blades, 36" Down Rods, 2-Speed Pull Chains w/ Tassel Pulls, Vari-Speed Multi Fan Control, 4-Light Fitters w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
My other idea would be an American-style restaurant, styled after my (now-closed) local Ruby Tuesday's that was built in 1994 (maybe even in an old 90s Ruby Tuesday building), with black tiled ceilings and a salad bar:
Entryway: Hunter Fan w/ Filigree, Bright Brass, 4 52" Cherry Wing-Tip Blades, 12" Down Rod, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Tassel Pulls, 4-Light Fitter w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
Over Salad Bar: 2x Hunter Fans w/ Filligree, Bright Brass, 4 52" Cherry Wing-Tip Blades, 12" Down Rods, 3-Speed Pull Chains w/ Tassel Pulls, 4-Light Fitters w/ Frosted Tulip Glass Shades
