2 months ago i recieved a ceiling fan that had absolutely none of its parts original and no hint on the brand name or country of production, (mentioned in a thread called "awesome finds this month") therefore i managed to get its 3 blades fabricated with discarded MEP sheets and placed a low-value capacitor and got its downrod fabricated blades were fabricated based on the USHA blade since that was the closest thing i observed from the other fan the mounting on downrod, unlike any ceiling fan's known mount, is an outer thread and downrod is inner thread the fan turned out to look great and have a great performance with the 1.5 uF capacitor.. original value is unknown, probably 2.25 uF the inner medalion of this fan is missing and there were no replacements quick video:

Those blades turned out really well! I think you're the first person I've seen who got some decent metal blades made, I need my dad to do the same for my DEMCs. All you need now are some canopies and it'll be looking really great.
