I agree with what you said in the other thread-- the blades look a small. But a 52" fan looks too big in this space. Plus I REALLY wanted cane, I dont like plain white blades.
Probably going to try the 52" blades before I try a different fan.
Oh-- did it make a clicking sound when you had it? It was terribly noisy when I got it. Bearings were dry, which was an easy fix, but that didnt eliminate all the noise. Took me hours to realize, the rotor was slightly out of alignment. I had to bang it back into alignment with a hammer. Might have happened in shipping.

That could have happened in shipping. To be honest, I don't remember what noises, if any, it made when I had it installed. I didn't keep it up for long after we bought the house. I turned it on once or twice to see if it worked and then I took it down, wrapped it up and put it in storage.

Wouldnt surprise me either way. They're not quality fans. They look cool, and move a lot of air, but not well made.

Tough call Dan, I'd say it's between the Lasko with 52" white blades (I like the cane but I like proportion of the 52" better) or the Moss with cane. With the Moss I would maybe recommend a PB light kit to match the PB blade arms, but not a big thing.

You summed up my feelings exactly.
Problem is, I feel like a 50-52" fan is too big for this space (on either side of it are larger spaces with 52" fans, all visible) and the Moss hangs down quite low. Really, none of these have nailed it for me. I like them all for different reasons, and I dont LOVE any of them.
Still on the lookout for the CEC I linked earlier in this thread.
