newjersey.craigslist.org/fuo/2365124789.html Finally found it at the right price. Looks to be in good shape. I'm picking it up tonight. Can anyone tell from the pictures what brand it is? For 20 bucks it'd be dumb not to go for it.

In my opinion, you'd be dumb to go for it. It's a piece of Hampton Bay garbage.
You'd be much Much MUCH better off with an older SMC or a Ritz, even a Moss or an older Evergo.

Got the Emperor I got them down to $10. It's actually in very good condition. They even had the manual for it. I took pics but my computer is being a jerk and not letting me upload them so as soon as I can I will get them up.

Not sure if it's a Hampton Bay or not. Is one of the blade brackets bent? Looks that way in the picture. Hope it runs good.

Emperor brackets of that style are some of the most stubborn brackets ever made, and once they bend, they usually break or at least crack when you try to bend them back.

Nope the bracket is fine, just the angle at which the picture was taken. In the manual there is a number: PM-TS2, or PM-T52. Not sure if it's s or 5. I'd imagine 5 being a 52' fan. I think it's an SMC...on the front of the manual it says for model: U52/48, U52V, UT52, U52S, U42. Above that it's titled Installation Instructions For Reversible Ceiling Fan.

Sticker on the motor housing is as follows:E75795 Jan 1987 "Y" Model: AC-852. So we know its a 1987 fan....

It is, by no means, an SMC. I'm thinking Crest.

I Absolutely agree with Andrew! That Emperor ceiling fan is a Hampton Bay Genoa if i am not mistaken.. Because It looks exactly like the one at my old house that is in the Master bedroom.

I have a chrome emperor model T52 Ceiling Fan. I have no idea if it has value. It has the original white cane blades and is in good condition.

They may have an SMC if it's chrome.. Those are more desirable than the cheap Hampton Bay..

Hello! this ceiling fan really depends on the model, make, and the variation it is in. The fan can range from 20$-50$ depending on the person wanting it.] Chrome sounds like a very cool finish for these fans, so someone might give a decent price for one!
