I believe nearly every portable fan I own is in the galleries now. I have another Lakewood to put in, and I'm missing my Fresh'nd Aires, but otherwise it's mostly complete. Does anyone know about the Forum Hook System? Hm? I Googled it and found a vBulletin result but I don't fully grasp what it does.

It's not that.. I added a spot in the galleries to where you can upload files to link them to the forums.. It's been in the galleries for a while... It's good to use instead of flickr or photo bucket..

Oh that, I actually took note of it today. It seemed like a good idea when I looked at it, I mean it could be very helpful to have our own photo hosting for people who don't want to use a more mainstream method.

It saved me trouble seeing how I rarely ever use file hosting, and then have to remember my user and password etc. to log in.. This way is much easier..

I thought you had them all in before. I forgot about all your antiques it seems. Awesome! Very cool fans you have. It's very diverse which I like. My favorite one is the recent upload is the 1940s Emerson desk fan with the overlapping blades. Thanks for uploading all theses.

Yeah it wasn't even close to complete. I ran out of time back when I started to get them all done, but then wanted to get it finished before school started. I'm adding my last Lakewood today, and that should be all caught up besides the Freshys.

I uploaded a new picture this evening (Westinghouse Power Aire in the Portable Fan galleries), but for some reason the thumbnail won't show up. If you click on the link where the thumbnail would be, the full picture will come up, but the thumbnail that you see when looking through the galleries just shows the little red "X" icon.
Any clue why it's doing that? I tried re-uploading it as a different file, and I also tried replacing the image; neither fixed the issue...
Screenshot of what I'm talking about:

If it's the case, it really means Google Chrome has a bug. I've been able to reupload my Hunter Bayport picture without that problem by using Internet Explorer. It's really weird that Google Chrome is being faulty like that cause it's usually superior to Internet Explorer. It's definitely faster. Daniel also uploaded pictures recently and it did the same thing. I wanted to tell him about it in the comments of the galleries. I hope he will see this here. Please never the size at the beginning of the title.

Also, I just finished fixing all of my titles; the format is now like: Lakewood S-23 Box Fan (20").

Now I see that all of Daniel's picture are fine and that your pictures shows the little thumbnail at the bottom of the pictures but not yet in the galleries with all the others. Weird because Daniel did not re uploaded his pictures. Did you try reuploaded yours with a different browser? Thanks for changing your titles. Now all of your pictures are mixed through all the other ones like it should be. If you look at a big gallery like Casablanca, Hunter or Emerson you can really see the difference. For example your Lady Delta is mixed with the other Lady Deltas.

I agree that it was kinda annoying how the number in the size before the title threw off the alphabetical order. Much better now.

I just tried to upload two new pictures and both Google Chrome and Internet Internet Explorer made it bug.
The problem is really with the galleries it seems. It happened to three of us no matter what browser we use.

Definitely a bug in the galleries, Safari is doing it too.
