This is a fan I had when I was much much younger. Unfortunately, it is long gone. I know it is a Panasonic due to various details that completely give it away but I can't quite figure out which model it is. The Panasonic fans I have had recently did not quite match up to this one, especially the blade color which is unique. Not quite cobalt blue but it was not very bright either. I don't collect plastic fans anymore but if anyone could find out what this one is and possibly sell one, I would be more than grateful. This one has a ton of sentimental value to me.

Not everything that looks like a Panasonic is always a Panasonic. I undertand this was your fan and clearly you know it was a Panasonic. But this same design was shared by National., KDK., and McGraw-Edision. This fan looks like it is a F-1205 or F-1205A

It does look much like that but I remember the blades being slightly darker. Not the cobalt blue ones like what you would find on a Galaxy but a slightly darker shade as to the one you posted. I also vaguely remember the front grille being just as closely spaced as the back one. I have doubts it was the newer model with the larger motor housing and slightly different base though, that is what makes everything confusing. Thanks for the quick response though! Note: As you can see, the color of the blades on one of my Panasonic's is way too dark, not the correct shade either. The photo I posted above is pretty accurate on what the color should be so I don't think it is a camera issue. I originally thought it was this type, but again, the blade color is different and the base doesn't quite match.

I also have that F-1205 version. The blades are slightly darker and the ornate plate in the body stand is slightly different too (notice the numbers in the speed control). I posted the differences between the two a while back.
Anyways., I looked at all the fans I have that might look like the one in your photo and the only one that comes close is this F-1205. The F-1208 might also look like it but that model has a plastic hanger as part of the motor protector instead of the welded in the guard one.

The switches were white to blue, gradient style which is why I say it is a Panasonic, and not KDK, National or Edison. As for the blade color, I don't know how hard it would be to find. I remember it being slightly like a navy blue though. Not too bright. Could you post your other 1205 or is it the exact same as mine?

The variant F-1205 is exactly like yours. What I meant in my previous post about being any other brand other than Panasonic is that from behind they all look the same. F-1208 In Blue with gradient color speed control.

They only happen to have two tones of tint for these transparent blades. Dark Blue and Aqua. Aqua was the variant as Dark Blue was always the main blue color. Another possible model could be the F-1207 which has the same body stand from the F-1208 but it has a detachable hanger. This is one of my F-1207. ( I both the Aqua and the Dark Blue version.)
