Hi,
I just obtained a Dayton 4C852A 36" Industrial and I only have the little J screw, a washer, the rubber grommet thing and 2 nuts for the hanging assembly. I need all parts, or at least where to get all of the parts I need to hang the fan. Please let me know! Thanks!

Try to contact Dayton directly for one thing.
I'm not really clear on what you have or what you need, if you would ever post pics that would help, but that would be optimistic on my part.

He needs the mounting hardware for a 36" Dayton industrial like this one:

Wanna try that again? Right click on the image itself and see if the URL is any shorter than this... otherwise it won't take.

Just get a ball/socket mounting kit at Home Depot or Lowes. It will be much easier and cheaper for you. This is what I am gonna do with my Caribbean Breeze when summer rolls around.

Will it fall, though?

Nope. The only way a ball/socket mounting system can really fail is if the plastic (metal balls are also made) hanger ball is too small for the socket (e.g. older Casablanca hang-tru canopies and the recall that followed).
