Ah I see. Well...I was able to find a plastic washer. My Dad says any local hardware store should have them- such as ACE or TrueValue.
The main problem with this toes-eye is the blade is unbalanced, and the oscillator arm (goes from the top of the base to the bottom of the large oscillator gear) shudders when it reaches the end of each side sweep- when it needs to go left after reaching full right and vice versa. I've seen better designed oscillator arms.
So, look at a local hardware store..they might have them. I just found a box full of old fan parts that my Dad has pulled from dead fans left behind at apartment complexes he used to clean up.

I watched the video, and that thing sounds horrible! Maybe you guys can get it running better. The oscillator arm, which connects the base to the outer oscillator gear, is twisted. It is cheap junk, and I don't what I can do besides replace it- if possible at all. I have tried straightening it out (untwisting it), but it still ends up twisting back when used. Anyway, the oscillator arm is what makes the noise. It vibrates against the motor housing. The blades are unbalanced and there's not a thing I can do for that. Not unless I part out another fan that is like this one.
