That's a very cute Nadair. It's very clean and glossy. Only the light doesn't look good on it. The blades are not skinny at all. It's just an illusion that the rounded tips enforces.
Nadairs of the age are always dated?

And for the light kit, The fan will sell faster if it has a light kit, I know it's not that perfect, but it doesn't look that bad

What's wrong with the light? It looks cute in my opinion. And for the light kit, The fan will sell faster if it has a light kit, I know it's not that perfect, but it doesn't look that bad Exactly! This is part of the reason I try to avoid selling fans at my ReStore without light kits.

Do the Canadian SMCs work in America? Of course they do. Both of these countries have 120V 60HZ power supply.

Good morning everyone, I went to a relative's house, and had a chance to picture the fan in his dinning room. It's original to the house, 1989-1990 It's a Nadair, but I don't know the model It's in the middle of the house, in the middle of the vaulted ceiling, over the dinning table Each time I went there, the fan was spinning on low, reverse One of the blade fell when the fan was spinning, and the speed pull is broken too. It will be replaced at the same time as kitchen remodel. *pay attention to the matching light. I also got the next box... full of clothes 4 seasons venair, from 1980 (+-2 years) 35th, 1994 CANARM CONTEMPRA WH nothing special about it, plain white fan 36th, 1992 HERITAGE HUGGER painted motor housing, didn't kept it 37th, 1987 HARBOUR BREEZE top mount spinner please excuse the quality of the picture. light kit not original, The fan had a capacitor issue. 38th, 1994 SMC The fan didn't had the light cover and had paint on it, decided it was not worth the wait. 39th, 2001 CANARM IMERIAL BPT fan had rust on all metal pieces I was unable to balance the fan and it was not just a slight wobble.

That a beautiful Nadair model. I've seen another Nadair with a broken bracket too. These short brackets trend to bent a lot at the point of breaking. Those wide Nadair blades were pretty heavy. Awesome the 4 Saisons box! It's one of their early box for spinners without switch housings. According to the box it would be a brown version of this: www.vintageceilingfans.com/membergalleries/gallery/showimage.php?i=1050&c=34But more realistically it would be a 90 cm version of this: www.vintageceilingfans.com/membergalleries/gallery/showimage.php?i=875&c=34Very cool how it says made in Canada. I guess all the packaging, choices of parts and probably even some assemblage was done in Montréal. Is there a side of the box en français? The Canarm Contempra looks in new condition.
