Nice fans this week David! I like the pink FSV! Too bad it's blade broke. Hopefully you'll find replacement blades.

Sorry guys i was really-really busy during the month of may, but i didn't forgot to take pictures... the only thing i forgot, was the fabrication year.. starting with this (1987) canarm. the fan burned when i plugged it didn't keep anything, Emperor, 1987 if i'm right, no brand on it. the fan was working only on the third speed, only forward Home collection lincoln - rebranded canarm twister. the 7th nib fan i got a at the store. from around 2009, using one canderela light bulb Canarm catalyst from around 1998, they replaced it with a thing even cheaper.. Canarm high lite, from around 1988 lights shades not original. 1990 canarm contempra, light kit not original, (it's comming from a fan i received in summer 2010) the original one was broking. It's a childhood fan to me because my elementary school had 6of them, flush-mounted, (without light kit), but they were from the original collection, Mega fan? it's the same thing as the chrome one with plexiglass blades. Jean is taking it. This thing is very powerful 1996 smc the housing seems to be made with real wood, and i never saw a finish like this. there was this switch on the side, with E and N I tried it, and nothing happened, what is it for? Have a good week,

Does that Canarm Grand Contempra have a flywheel?
Well like I told you that brown spinner have to be a Nadair because of the sticker you told me it have. It must be among some of the first Nadairs. It's only the second Nadair with metal blades that I see.
The wood finish on the bronze 1996 SMC is called beech. The switch with E and N for the the normal and economical mode. The economical mode creates the 4th speed. I did not knew theses models were 4-speed. Did you noticed that when you put it on E, the slowest speed could go a lot slower?

The canarm contempra has a flywheel, you can put 4 or 5 blades on it.
I'm still not sure that the brown industrial is a nadair, you'lee see when you''ll past.
Thanks for the info of the smc! the fan is spinning on the 2nd speed, and i just tested the switch. The swith stayed on the N mode, and it's now sold,

For you this week i have a 1994 canarm with broken flywell. 52'' i kept the switch housing.. for the next fan. 1997 canarm, 52'' Nothing was working on this fan. Not even the light kit so i took the pulls chains and capacitor from precedent fan (who was working) and made a transplant. found in my storage a light switch and the fan was running like a new one! the other side of the blades is white, but was yellowed a lot. sold it for 25$ 1986 hugger. 52'' Nothing special with this fan except for the extra big motor housing 2010 super/air works scandinavian this fan is now sold for 160$ at Canadian Tire Didn't have the remote control, sold it for 10$ People can found the remote control at a renovation center I'm not impress at all with the quality of this fan.. Have a good week! David,
