I think the Hampton Bay industrials would make a great choice.
In regards to fan 03 - 1988 CANARM "Waterton", that's interesting because Hampton Bay made a model called the Waterton, and it looks very similar.

It didn't really had a name. That's why David uses the Waterton name in comparison to the Hampton Bay model because they looks similar.

It's very nice to see images of these older Canarm and Nadair models and know better their name.
The second picture looks more of a Nadair.
Yes the gray fan is a Nadair.
The metal blade Canarm would actually be more from the early 1990's. It doesn't seems to have lines on the blades. The two other are indeed from around 2000. The last one with glossy round tip blades and halogen light would be early 1990's too.
The black and brass Nadair Studio is in very good condition. It doesn't have gold stencil on the tips of the blades on the other side of the blades?

Jean,
you might be right the second picture looks like a Nadair
The other fans were in a 2000 magazine, I wasn't sure for the age of the canarm industrial
The Nadair Studio had plain black blades on both sides

It's very possible.

It's cool to see displays of other stores. Where are these located?
They are so many new model and all the Airworks (SMC) now sold as Canarms, it's crazy and confusing. It seems that they changed the blade finish of the Scandinave.
Powermax, that's new to me but then I almost never go to Wal-Mart. The outdoor Powermax 112 cm fan is cool. I like the idea. It looks so much like something Hampton Bay would have. I guess it explains why it has a wattage limiter. That's not common to see on fans in Québec. It's cool to see Canarms at Wal-Mart again. The last time I knew they were Canarms at Wal-Mart was in 2001.

Jean, The first one is from Saint-Bruno, other one from Brossard
It seems like the traditional scandinavian was discontinued, it is still avaiable on the website, but impossible to open the page.
Powermax is a brand Max always refers to, I knew they made motor but didn't know they were into ceiling fans

That's a much larger display than I would have thought these stores to have. The first one had some pretty nice lights, but didn't see too many fans I particularly liked. I think the Hampton Bay industrials would make a great choice. In regards to fan 03 - 1988 CANARM "Waterton", that's interesting because Hampton Bay made a model called the Waterton, and it looks very similar. It wasn't the name for that model. It didn't really had a name. That's why David uses the Waterton name in comparison to the Hampton Bay model because they looks similar. Oh, I see. I thought he was using that name because that's what it was actually called. That makes more sense now. Forgot to mention Banvil/envirofan on the ceiling of the 2 canadian tire stores Were they running?

At Canadian Tire, I'm used to the 3 displays(as you can see in the second canadian tire store ) first one is for flush mounts and semi flush mounts, second one for pendants, chandeliers etc and the third for the fans
I didn't like the fact that the display was so big and that everything was messed up. some of the fans on the display were discontinued In the second canadian tire, some fans on the display were discontinued some years ago but were still there. and some of them were running.
It was a first for me to see an entire display like in the first canadian tire (well actually before 2005-6 all the fans and lights were on the same display, and it was much smaller and much lower.
Jordan, in the first store, half of them were running In the other one, none of them. Usually in almost every canadian tire, fans are always on

Today I went to two Canadian Tire, here are the sightings, Another new one from Noma, I remember seeing this a few weeks ago when I went to get a can of spray paint from Canadian Tire. I'm wondering if it could have been made by King Of Fans looking at that remote control? Airworks Scandinavian now known as a Canarm That's quite odd. I'm wondering if its still made by Zhongshan Wei He Electrical Appliance Company Limited even though its sold under the Canarm name? Home collection Tuscan now known as a Canarm Another oddity. Notice the different blade finishes. The PB version of the black hugger I posted some weeks ago. As with the "Tuscan," this now seems to feature different blade finishes. Hunter five minutes ceiling fan, the old box There's still one of the older ones kicking around my local Canadian Tire... Also went to my local Wal-Mart General view of the fans section That 42" hugger is disgusting! The 52" fan isn't terrible though (in terms of looks, anyway). Powermax Tm. I actually like it in a weird way. The airflow is certainly decent for a new fan of its size. WalMart used to sell a few PowerMax models including one that looked exactly like the Hampton Bay Plaza. Would you mind posting a close-up of the box if you have a chance? I'd be curious to see the import/export information. Canarm Yuck! They are so many new model and all the Airworks (SMC) now sold as Canarms, it's crazy and confusing. It seems that they changed the blade finish of the Scandinave. The Hugger and the Scandinavian haven't been SMC-made since 2006. From 2007 to 2014, they've been made by Zhongshan Wei He Electrical Appliance Company Limited. I'm guessing that's changed though, as the blade brackets on the newest version are different. Same here. The last time I stepped foot in a Wal-Mart was in 2012. The PowerMax is essentially a Hampton Bay, as Home Depot uses them to produce some of their fans. Wattage limiters weren't common to see on any Canadian-only models until about 2010. Now, they're required to be installed on every new fan (excluding anything with an LED light kit). Most non-industrial Canarms suck these days, so I couldn't give a crap if Wal-Mart sells them or not...
