I have an old (mid 80's) Montgomery wards 52" ceiling fan made by Evergo Industrial model 4R-5ALW. The fan has a bad motor driver IC (EO3871A). I wonder if anyone knows of a source for the driver board (board # MCL-437F). The unit has two PCA's. I hate to throw the fan away. Thanks for any help.

Might be an integrated remote unit? I don't know of a source for those parts though.

52'' Industrial? That's uncommon. Are you sure its not 48'' or 56'' and not 52''?

It's not an industrial fan, the full name of the company is Evergo Industrial Enterprise Ltd. He's probably going off the sticker, which will say the full name of the company on it. I thought the same as you at first, but realized what was meant later, thus the reason I thought perhaps it was a remote controlled fan.

I have the remote control for that fan and would like to repair or replace it. The buttons for turning on the lights are fine, it's the buttons for on/off on the fan that ne work.
