Hope its not going to be the last one..... right Jeremy! Its HERRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has ARRIVED!!!!!!!! I haven't install it yet but the important is that here, in safe hands, no shipping dammages, no missing parts. So its a Bright Brass Panama 50'' 4-speed XLP-2000 with antique oak high gloss blades. The blades are indeed EXTREMLY glossy and NICE! Video will probably be in a week or two. You know I got problems with my computer.

My computer is a 2004 PC Compaq Presario its not a that powerful computer and these days its just overload with too many pics and too many stuff on it. I already started emptying it with a USB key but I still can't upload any video and even uploading a few pics reduces ridiculously the space on my computer! My sister is good with computers and she is gonna come over to help me with this probably this weekend or next week that she is going to come. That pic Ben that you took of a PB Panama 50'' 4-speed is VERY reassemble if not the same to what I bought. 7th pic of the last batch of pictures gives you a very good idea of what my fan looks like: ada19851985.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fans&action=display&thread=653&page=25

hmm.. wasn't aware that they made 4-speed stack-motor panamas. Then again, I haven't been paying a lot of attention, as of late.

Lovely Panama. I'm glad they still make them. Looks nice with four blades... more like an 80's Casablanca.

Thanks for the compliments. Wait till you see it in motion. I don't think the Panama is going to get discontinued any soon but I'm afraid the bright brass finish will not last too many years though. It amazing they still make it in bright brass. Good question Clay. I'm indeed going to keep that one up, it gonna STAY there for quiet a while, I love it so much! This particular one is quiet long to install and you have to be careful when you screw the blades to the flywheel as the flywheel it pretty fragile. Taking down and reinstalling a fan too often is the best way to lose parts, scratch them and brake the wires. But I'm always very careful when manipulating my fans and the ones I don't use are all well stored in boxes. If I get any more fans in the future I will start to try them in the unfinished basement because every time I get a new I want to see how they run. A reason I was switching my fans often and every time I get a new fan I install it in my bedroom is because that way they can pass the ''test''. The ''test'' like I call it is to test the fan if it can earn my ''bedroom certification''. That certification assures you that the fan is quiet enough for a bedroom. I'm pretty touchy on noisy fans so if I say its quiet, it IS. I also don't have too many places to hang fans in my house. The best place to hang a ceiling fan is in my bedroom but there also in the downstairs office that it can take a fan up to 36''. I could always hang something in the upstairs hallway. I hope it won't bother my dad to have a fan or two hanging in the unfinished basement.
