Why being so rude with him, it's good what he is doing. He is putting everything back in order with all the videos next to them at the same place. It's a good thing to do to have more views on his videos and often when we do cleaning and reorganizing in the Photobucket album lots of pictures gets lost and they can't be viewed in the archives anymore.

I think that makes about 10 times you've posted these pictures now... Yeah.. stop doing this. It's not like one can't jump back a page or three to see the older additions. I find it easier to look at an updated list of all my fans, with the most recent video posted beneath each fan. I figure it's easier to just make a new post with a complete, updated list of my fans. I do this so it's easier to find the newest addition whether that be a new picture, video, or a whole new fan - you don't waste time going through page by page. What I'll do from now on is just modify the list I just made earlier today - I'll just edit that post so the thread won't appear as 'new.'

That's what I was getting at - I don't create new lists to annoy people with the same repetitive pictures, but I just like to have a current list near the newest post. Thanks for understanding.

Here's an idea: Seeing as you can edit a post as many times as you'd like, why not just continuously edit one single post like I do with my list in the "Your Collection?" thread.

I thought that the point of posting something in a thread was to make the thread appear as ''new'' so that everyone is aware of the update so it's not ignored and forgotten.

Well that's true, but figure if someone wants to see the most current video/picture of one of my fans, they now know where to look.

I thought that the point of posting something in a thread was to make the thread appear as ''new'' so that everyone is aware of the update so it's not ignored and forgotten. It is. However just because you got something new doesn't mean you have to post your entire photo stash again. Do you know how crazy it would get if, say, David did this? We'd have about 100 pictures every three or four posts and more than likely a site crash.

Yeah, from now on I'll just edit old posts. I don't mean to harm the site! Not a problem at all. You're not "harming" anything. I personally would suggest editing your post to update your LIST, but going ahead and adding new pictures (not old ones) to a new post on the thread. Take a look at how David has done his; I think his is the absolute best example of such a thread that we have (currently 26 pages long): ada19851985.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=fans&action=display&thread=4249Hope this helps.
