I am looking for information about a ceiling fan that looks like the body of an airplane. It has a "rutter" on the back to direct the air down. I was told it was taken out of a restaurant around the 1930's. It is electric and at the present time it has a "standard" fan blade but I have been told that it originally had blades like a plane. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like these?: www.fancollectors.org/Airplane/airplane.htmit's the ONLY antique around 1930ish? airplane style ceiling fans i seen/known.. the air blows like side way(not down)(as seen in pics in that link i posted),if you seen the one blown down, either they fix it/install it in different way or made one that i never seen/heard of(like more rare than those in that link)...

I think that's it Jeremy, considering it's from the 1930's. At first I thought it was about the Hunter Fantasy Flyer or whatever it's called lol.
